No AMC, ever. | | Dedicated Resource (optional) | Growww Tech | ₹30,000/month | One named person on your store for day-to-day work — uploads, SEO, content, new features. Maintenance of what we shipped stays free without it. | | Shopify plan | Shopify | From ₹1,499/month (when billed annually) | Your choice, and you pay Shopify directly — we don't resell it. Two facts you can verify yourself in five minutes before you pick: Basic includes zero staff logins, so your own team cannot get into the store, and it has no native AI search. Compare the plans below and pick what fits. | | Domain name | Domain registrar | About ₹1,200/year | Yours from day one — registered in your name. | | Payment gateway | Razorpay / PhonePe / Easebuzz / Cashfree Payments | About 2% + GST per transaction | We pick on how fast the vendor actually responds and how they treat your product category — the two things that decide whether you get approved and stay approved. | | Accelerated checkout (optional) | ShopNTap / Razorpay Magic Checkout / Shiprocket Checkout | 1% + GST per order | Your choice of the three. Worth it on Grow and below, where Shopify's own gateway fee is 1–2%. On Advanced (0.6%) and Plus (0.2%) the maths flips — compare before you switch it on. | | Courier | Delhivery / DTDC / India Post | Rate card — we negotiate it for you | Per-shipment, by weight and zone. Direct accounts beat an aggregator once volume justifies it. Account in your name; the choice is yours. | | WhatsApp order alerts | Shopify app + Meta | App subscription + Meta per conversation | Runs on your own Meta Business account, so Meta bills you directly for the messages. | Build timeline, phase by phase: | Phase | Duration | Note | |---|---|---| | Store Development | 15-20 working days | Build + ownership transfer | | Third-Party Integrations | +5-10 working days | Post ownership transfer | | UI/UX Design (if added) | +8 weeks | Custom Figma designs — 15 templates, 3 revision rounds | | Total Range | 20–70 working days | Depends on scope selected — 12–14 weeks with custom design | ### I already have a WooCommerce or Wix store — what does migration cost? Nothing extra. Migration is included in the same ₹50,000 + GST build, whatever platform you are leaving — WooCommerce or WordPress, Magento, Wix, BigCommerce, or another Shopify store. Products, customers and order history come across, every old URL is mapped and the redirects are imported before the DNS switch, so your rankings are protected rather than hoped for. There is no per-platform migration fee and no data surcharge. For comparison, checked 23 August 2026: agencies quoting migration on its own publish ₹34,999 to ₹1,49,999 (BYB Traction) and ₹45,000 flat (Amwhiz). Three things genuinely cannot move, on any platform and with any vendor, because Shopify documents the limits itself: customer passwords, product reviews, and the original dates on historical orders. We tell you that before you pay rather than in week five. ### Which Shopify plan do I actually need? Not Basic — and almost everyone gets told Basic. It includes zero staff logins, so your ops person and your catalogue person cannot get into the store at all. It also has no native AI search and the highest Shopify fee of any plan: 2% on every order, against 1% on Grow. On ₹1Cr of sales that difference is ₹1,00,000 you keep — and moving up costs about ₹4,100 more a month (₹5,599 against ₹1,499, when billed annually). It pays for itself twice over and hands your team their logins back. Which is why most stores end up on Grow — but it's your money and your call, and we'll say so honestly if Basic genuinely fits you: a solo founder who needs no other logins and isn't chasing AI search is fine on it. Every number above is Shopify's own and takes five minutes to check, so don't take our word for it — check it. You pay Shopify directly, whichever plan you land on. The reason nobody warns you: almost every "which plan" guide online is written for the US, where Shopify Payments exists and this fee never applies. In India it applies to every order you take. ### What's included in the ₹50,000? A full store, live in 4 weeks. Your theme custom coded to your brand and your catalogue. Payment gateway and courier wired and tested with real transactions. GST configured, policy pages written, product data structure built. Three live training sessions plus recordings. 100% ownership in your name. 30 complimentary hours for anything small that falls outside scope. And bug fixes on everything we shipped, free for the life of the store. ### What will I actually pay every month after launch? This is the question most quotes dodge, so here is the whole list. Your Shopify plan, paid to Shopify. Your domain, about ₹1,200 a year. The payment gateway, roughly 2% + GST per order. Shopify's own fee on top of that, which depends on your plan — 1% on Grow. Per-shipment courier charges on a rate card we negotiate for you. WhatsApp messages billed to you by Meta. The only one of those you would ever pay us is the optional ₹30,000/month Dedicated Resource — every other line is billed to you by the company providing it, in your own name. And one thing worth saying plainly, because it's the reason honest quotes look expensive: every cost on that list is the same whoever builds your store. An agency quoting you a smaller number hasn't found you a discount — they've just left these off the page until month four. ### Who owns the store, and what access do you keep? You own it, completely, and earlier than you'd expect. We build on a Shopify development store — Shopify puts a coming-soon page on those and will not let us take it down. Transferring ownership to you is the only way the store goes live, and it has to be live before your payment gateway will approve it, because they review your policy pages by hand. So no transfer means no gateway. There is no version of this where we hold your store. After transfer we keep a Partner collaborator account only: not a staff account, it doesn't use up one of your staff logins, and you can remove it any time. If you do remove it, you'll re-grant access for each support request — that's the honest trade-off. We never store your passwords or API keys. ### If something breaks between Shopify, the gateway and the courier, who fixes it? We do, and this is the part worth reading twice. A store runs on four or five companies at once. When checkout breaks on a Saturday, the usual experience is that the courier says it's the website, the website says it's the courier's API, the gateway says it's the checkout, and the checkout says it's the gateway. Nobody takes it, and you end up arbitrating a technical argument you were never meant to be in the middle of. You call us instead. We deal with every vendor — the applications, the resubmissions, the approval chasing, and the finger-pointing. It's inside the free support, not a retainer we sell you afterwards. ### Who does the day-to-day work after launch? You can, and most founders do — that's what the three training sessions are for. If you'd rather not, a Dedicated Resource is ₹30,000/month: one named person on your store handling uploads, SEO, content, banners and small features. It's optional, and it's separate from support. Maintenance is free; growth is paid. ### Who uploads my products? You do, and it's genuinely faster that way. The product data has to come from you regardless — if we do it, you send spreadsheets and we retype them, which just adds a step and a round of errors. What we build is the structure underneath: collections, metafields, variant rules, SKU naming. At larger catalogue sizes nobody types products at all — it's a bulk import against a template we map for you. If you still want help, use the 30 complimentary hours or a Dedicated Resource. Honest advice though: product upload is a basic task, and those 30 hours are worth more spent on something harder. ### I'm paying fully upfront. What protects me if you don't deliver? One promise, and it has no small print. Not happy with the store we built? Tell us and we return your ₹50,000. There's no time limit and no window to miss — you decide whether you're happy, not us. Email accounts@growwwtech.com from the address on your invoice and the money is released within 7 working days, back to the account you paid from. The GST we already filed with the government comes back to you as a credit note, because that's the only route the law gives us — the rupees are yours either way. Three things worth knowing, and they're the only three. What comes back is our fee: money that never reached us can't come from us, so your Shopify plan, your domain, gateway charges and any paid apps stay with you — as does the store itself, which keeps running either way. A refund closes the engagement, free lifetime bug fixes included; you can't take the money back and keep us on support. And it's one refund per client — this is a promise, not a subscription. Everything else — documents, replies, feedback — is just how a build runs. If we're waiting on you we pause rather than run a clock, because there is no clock. ### What are the payment terms? Prepaid, in one click on this page, via UPI, card, netbanking or EMI. Your GST invoice arrives the moment payment clears and we start the same business day. No partial payments, no milestone follow-ups, no invoice you have to chase us about. Add-ons are scoped, quoted, and paid the same way. ### How long until my store is live? Four weeks to build it — 20 working days. Then add 5 to 10 working days for the gateway and courier approvals, which is time the vendors control, not us. So 4 to 6 weeks from payment to taking real orders. Add the UI/UX design phase and it's 12 to 14 weeks. The honest variable is how fast you reply; we've never missed a timeline we set. ### Do I need the UI/UX design add-on? Not always. Without it your theme is still custom coded to your brand and tuned for how Indian shoppers actually buy — UPI-first, COD-aware, mobile before desktop. Add the design phase (₹1,50,000 + GST, 8 weeks) when you want Figma-designed screens signed off before a line of code, and 15 templates with three revision rounds. If you're launching to test demand, skip it. If your brand is the product, don't. One thing to be clear about, because it's the sort of detail people find out too late: the design phase is a separate engagement with its own scope, timeline and terms. It isn't folded into the ₹50,000 build, and the store build's terms — refund included — cover the store build. The design engagement's own terms are on its page, before you commit to anything. ### When do I start paying Shopify, and what if I outgrow my plan? You buy the domain and the Shopify plan at the start — they're yours from day one, in your name. Once ownership transfers to you, your Shopify billing runs from then, including the few days the payment gateway takes to review your store. Worth planning for, so it isn't a surprise on your first invoice. Outgrowing the plan later is genuinely easy: once the store is built, you upgrade it yourself from your Shopify dashboard whenever you need to. Nothing gets rebuilt, and you don't need us to do it — the store is architected so a plan change is a setting, not a project. ### Can you build B2B or wholesale on Shopify? Yes, and on any plan — B2B is no longer a Plus-only feature, whatever a 2023 comparison chart tells you. You get company accounts, volume pricing, quantity rules and net payment terms natively. One real limit to know before you plan: below Plus you get three B2B price lists, and they're shared across all your B2B markets, not three per market. So if you need more than three genuinely distinct buyer tiers, that's a Plus conversation. Under three, we collapse your segments and use volume breaks to differentiate. ### Do you do AI search? Shopify ships semantic AI search natively from the Grow plan up, and we build the results page and filters that make it usable. Which means on the right plan you don't buy an AI search app at all — worth knowing, because most briefs we're sent list one as a required monthly cost. One thing to set straight now rather than after launch: Shopify's AI search does not apply to the type-ahead dropdown. That stays keyword-based. Everyone tests the dropdown first and thinks the AI is broken. ### What if I need something Shopify can't do natively? We build it. Shopify apps, customer portals, internal panels, custom software — that's a real part of what we do, not a referral. It's priced by what you actually need and quoted separately, because bundling it into a fixed price would mean either overcharging most people or underdelivering for you. And the same rule applies to every add-on, not just this one: anything outside the ₹50,000 build — custom code, the design phase, out-of-scope work — is its own engagement with its own scope, timeline and terms. It does not run on the store build's 4-week clock and it isn't covered by the store build's refund. You get those terms in writing before you agree to it, never after. ### How many apps will you install? As few as the store can run on. Every app is a monthly bill, a slower page and one more thing that breaks in an update, so each one has to justify itself — what it does, what it costs, what it touches, and how you cancel it. If a plan you're already paying for does the job natively, we use that instead. We won't hand you a store with thirty apps on it. ### Will Shopify allow my product category? Usually, but check before you build, not after. Shopify restricts some categories, and your payment gateway reviews your store by hand before approving it — that review is where a borderline category actually surfaces. We look at your product list and raise anything risky at kickoff, before you've paid for a build. What we can't do is guarantee another company's approval decision, or cover a policy change they make later. Anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing on your behalf. ## Frequently asked questions (https://growwwtech.com/) ### What does an ecommerce website cost in India? A complete Shopify store from Growww Tech costs ₹50,000 fixed-price — payments, shipping, GST compliance, admin training and full ownership transfer included, live in 20–30 working days. No AMC, ever: bug fixes for what we shipped stay free for the lifetime of the store. Running costs sit with you and Shopify — the plan from ₹1,499/month, a domain around ₹1,200/year, and the payment gateway at roughly 2% + GST. Larger builds — custom UI/UX, native mobile apps, headless Next.js storefronts — range from ₹50K up to ₹15L. ### Who is the best Shopify development agency for D2C brands in India? For founders who want a fixed price and an operator team, Growww Tech is the Shopify Plus Partner behind 200+ Indian D2C brands — ₹385Cr+ of revenue runs through stores we build and run, at 4.5x average ROI and 98% client retention. We publish our pricing, work on contribution margins rather than vanity clicks, and you can verify us independently on the Shopify Partner directory and our Google reviews. If your budget is under ₹50,000 or you need one-off theme tweaks, a freelancer is the better hire — we'll tell you that in the first ten minutes of the call. ### How long does a Shopify store take to build? Base store live in 4 weeks (20 working days); 20–30 working days with payment, shipping and app integrations — 4–6 calendar weeks. Custom UI/UX design (an 8-week design phase) extends the project to 12–14 weeks. Timelines are contractual — we've never missed one. The clock depends on how fast you turn around content and third-party approvals. ### Do you only build Shopify stores? No — building the store is phase two of eight. Before it we cover brand foundations, profit-per-order maths and GST compliance. After it we run the operations (inventory and order automation, warehouse processes, RTO reduction, ERPNext), the growth (Meta and Google ads, creative, influencers, conversion work), the expansion (Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho, ONDC, and quick-commerce on Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart), the retention (loyalty, post-purchase, WhatsApp flows), the analytics, and the SOPs and training so your team can run it without you. Most brands start with the store and add phases as they grow; the same pod stays on the account throughout. ### Where is Growww Tech located? Growww Tech works from 1st Floor, YBR Nilayam, Dayal Nagar Colony, Vishalakshi Nagar, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530043, India — Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 IST, +91 98666 62226. We work with D2C founders across India, including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi NCR and Surat, and with Indian-founder brands in the US, UK, UAE, Singapore and Australia. ### What happens after my store goes live? Maintenance is free, growth is paid. Anything we shipped that breaks, we fix at no cost for the lifetime of the store — that's included in the ₹50,000, not sold back to you as an AMC. The optional ₹30K/month Dedicated Resource is only for active growth work: new features, performance marketing, and conversion optimisation. Most brands start it once orders pass the point where the founder can't run growth alone. ## Marketing retainer plans (https://growwwtech.com/services/marketing) - Silver: ₹45,000/month — Get found. SEO foundations, on-brand content and a steady social cadence. - Gold: ₹60,000/month — Get found + get clicks. SEO, content, social, paid ads and retention. - Platinum: ₹75,000/month — The full funnel — found → clicks → convert → retain → compound, one operator. ## Performance Marketing for Indian D2C Brands (https://growwwtech.com/services/marketing) Stop sending ad traffic to Instagram. We run Meta Ads, Google Shopping, and SEO campaigns that drive traffic to your store and convert at 3-5x ROAS. ### How much should I spend on Facebook Ads for my D2C brand in India? Start with ₹30,000-50,000/month to test and learn. At this budget, you can run 3-4 ad sets targeting different audiences and creatives. Scale to ₹1L+/month once you find winning combinations. Rule of thumb: your monthly ad budget should be 3-5X your average order value. If AOV is ₹1,000, start with ₹30-50K/month. ### Google Shopping vs Meta Ads — which is better for ecommerce? Both serve different purposes. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) is best for impulse purchase products — fashion, beauty, food, home decor. Google Shopping captures high-intent buyers actively searching for your product. Best strategy: run both. Meta for 60-70% of budget (awareness + conversion), Google for 30-40% (capture existing demand). We see 15-20% better blended ROAS when using both channels together. ### What ROAS should I target for my D2C brand? Target ROAS depends on your margins. Formula: Minimum ROAS = 1 / (Gross Margin % × (1 - RTO Rate)). Example: If gross margin is 50% and RTO rate is 20%, minimum ROAS = 1 / (0.50 × 0.80) = 2.5X. To be profitable, add 20-30% buffer — so target 3.0-3.5X. For the Indian market, healthy ROAS benchmarks: Fashion 3-4X, Beauty 4-6X, Food 2-3X. ### How can I reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) for my ecommerce brand? Seven proven strategies: (1) Improve your conversion rate (CRO) — same traffic, more orders, (2) Use lookalike audiences based on actual purchasers, not just visitors, (3) Build an email/WhatsApp list for free retargeting, (4) Create UGC content — performs 2-3X better than studio shots, (5) Test Google Shopping for lower-CAC high-intent traffic, (6) Start an SEO blog for organic traffic, (7) Launch a referral program for word-of-mouth. ### Why is my Facebook Ads ROAS different from actual sales? Three main reasons for the gap: (1) iOS 14+ privacy changes mean Meta attributes fewer conversions than actually happen, (2) Meta uses 7-day click attribution by default — some orders happen later, (3) COD orders, RTO, and returns aren't tracked by Meta. Solution: set up server-side tracking (Facebook CAPI), use a 'blended ROAS' metric (total revenue / total ad spend), and implement GA4 for cross-channel attribution. ### Should my D2C brand invest in SEO or rely on paid ads? Both, but in stages. Months 1-3: Focus primarily on paid ads to generate immediate sales and test product-market fit. Month 3+: Start investing in SEO — optimize product pages, write category guides, and build blog content for buyer-intent keywords. By month 6-12, organic traffic should contribute 15-25% of total revenue, reducing your dependence on paid ads. ### How does WhatsApp marketing work for ecommerce in India? WhatsApp messages have 98% open rates vs 15-20% for email. Use cases: abandoned cart reminders (recover 10-15% of carts), order confirmations, delivery updates, flash sale announcements, new product launches, and personalized product recommendations. Tools: Interakt, Wati, or AiSensy for bulk messaging and automation. Cost: ₹0.50-1.00 per message. Our brands see 20-30% of monthly revenue from WhatsApp campaigns. ### What do the Silver, Gold and Platinum plans include? All three are monthly retainers covering technical + on-page SEO, content, social, and reporting. Silver (₹45,000) covers up to 30 pages and 30 keywords with a weekly social cadence; Gold (₹60,000) doubles the keywords, content and cadence and adds guest posts; Platinum (₹75,000) adds full structured-data + crawl work, 100 keywords, digital PR and a dedicated operator. Need something in between or larger? We scope a Custom plan on a call — no upsell games. ### Is paid-ad management included in these plans, or billed separately? Billed separately — and that's deliberate. The plans cover SEO, content, social and reporting. Running your Meta and Google ad accounts (performance marketing) is ₹10,000/month or 20% of ad spend, whichever is higher — so our fee tracks your spend instead of running ahead of it. ## Ecommerce Customer Retention & Loyalty (https://growwwtech.com/services/retention) Acquiring customers is expensive. Keeping them is profitable. Loyalty programs, subscriptions, WhatsApp flows, and email automation that drive repeat purchases. ### How to increase repeat purchase rate for my D2C brand? Five proven strategies for Indian D2C: (1) Email + WhatsApp restock reminders timed to product usage cycle (e.g., 25 days after a 30-day supply purchase), (2) Loyalty points program incentivizing second and third purchases, (3) Post-purchase 'thank you' discount for next order (10-15%), (4) Subscription model for consumable products, (5) Personalized product recommendations based on first purchase. Combined, these can lift repeat rate from 15% to 40%+. ### What is the best loyalty program for Shopify stores in India? Top options: Smile.io (most popular — points, VIP tiers, referrals), Joy Rewards (good free plan), and Growave (loyalty + reviews + wishlist). For Indian brands, choose one that supports INR pricing and integrates with WhatsApp for point balance notifications. Key: keep it simple — points per purchase redeemable as discount. Don't overcomplicate with too many earning mechanisms. ### WhatsApp vs email for retention marketing — which is better? Use both — they serve different purposes. WhatsApp: 98% open rates, best for time-sensitive offers (flash sales, restock alerts, order updates). Email: better for longer content (product education, brand stories, detailed offers). WhatsApp drives faster action, email builds deeper engagement. Most successful D2C brands run 2-3 WhatsApp campaigns + 4-5 emails per month. ### How do subscription models work for ecommerce in India? Customer subscribes for recurring delivery (every 2/4/8 weeks) at 5-15% discount. Auto-billed via UPI autopay or card tokenization. Works best for: skincare, supplements, coffee/tea, baby products, pet food, cleaning supplies. Key success factors: easy pause/skip, flexible frequency, and reminders before billing. Tools: Recharge or Bold Subscriptions on Shopify, or custom implementation. ### How to set up a referral program for my online store? Setup: (1) Install ReferralCandy or Smile.io on Shopify, (2) Set reward structure — 'Give ₹100, Get ₹100' is the simplest and most effective, (3) Create a referral landing page, (4) Add referral prompt in post-purchase email and order confirmation WhatsApp, (5) Make sharing easy with WhatsApp share button (dominant sharing channel in India). Referred customers tend to have 25% higher LTV and 37% better retention. ### What is RFM segmentation and how does it help retention? RFM = Recency (when was last purchase), Frequency (how often they buy), Monetary (how much they spend). Segments: Champions (recent, frequent, high spend) — reward them. Loyal (frequent but maybe not recent) — re-engage. At Risk (used to buy, haven't recently) — send win-back offers. Lost (haven't bought in 6+ months) — heavy discount or new product introduction. Each segment gets different messaging and offers. ### How much revenue should come from retention marketing? Healthy D2C brand benchmarks: 25-40% of total revenue from repeat customers. Email should drive 15-20% of monthly revenue. WhatsApp campaigns 5-10%. Loyalty program members should have 2-3X higher AOV than non-members. If your retention revenue is below 20%, you're over-dependent on paid acquisition — which becomes increasingly expensive over time. ## Logistics & RTO Reduction for D2C India (https://growwwtech.com/services/logistics-rto) High RTOs killing your margins? We reduce RTO by 40% with COD verification, smart courier allocation, and automated logistics management. ### How to reduce RTO rate in Indian ecommerce? The most effective RTO reduction strategies for India: (1) COD order verification via IVR call or WhatsApp before dispatch — filters out fake orders, (2) Pincode-level COD blocking for chronic RTO areas, (3) Incentivize prepaid with ₹50-100 discount, (4) Implement partial COD (₹50-100 paid online), (5) Fast delivery — orders delivered in 2-3 days have 50% lower RTO than 7+ day deliveries. We implement all five. ### Which is the best courier aggregator in India for D2C? Shiprocket is the most popular with the widest courier network (17+ partners). NimbusPost often has slightly lower rates. For direct integrations, Delhivery has the best Tier 1 coverage, Xpressbees excels in Tier 2/3, and Shadowfax offers same-day delivery in major metros. We recommend using an aggregator + 1-2 direct partnerships for best results. ### How does COD order verification work? After a COD order is placed: (1) Automated IVR call asks the customer to press 1 to confirm, (2) If no response, a WhatsApp message is sent with confirm/cancel buttons, (3) Unconfirmed orders after 2 attempts are flagged or auto-cancelled. This simple flow eliminates 30-40% of fake COD orders. Tools like GoKwik also score buyer intent and hide COD for high-risk users. ### What is NDR in ecommerce and how to handle it? NDR (Non-Delivery Report) is generated when a courier attempt fails. Most couriers attempt delivery twice before marking RTO. Our NDR management: (1) Instant WhatsApp notification to customer on first failed attempt, (2) Collect correct address/phone or schedule re-delivery, (3) Auto-escalate to human agent if no response, (4) Convert to prepaid for subsequent attempts. This saves 30%+ of NDR orders from becoming RTO. ### How much does shipping cost per order in India? Average shipping costs (500g, within zone): Metro-to-metro ₹40-60, Tier 2 ₹60-80, Tier 3 ₹80-120. COD orders add ₹30-50 extra. Actual rates depend on your volume — brands doing 1000+ orders/month get significantly better rates. We negotiate directly with couriers and aggregators to get you the best possible rates. ### Should I use a courier aggregator or direct courier partnerships? Use both. Aggregator (Shiprocket/NimbusPost) for wide reach and rate comparison. Direct partnerships (Delhivery, BlueDart) for volume-based competitive rates in your primary zones. For same-day delivery in metros, partner with Shadowfax or Dunzo directly. We set up smart routing rules so each order goes via the cheapest/fastest option automatically. ### What percentage of orders should be prepaid vs COD? Industry benchmarks for Indian D2C: Fashion 30-40% prepaid, Beauty 40-50% prepaid, Electronics 50-60% prepaid. The goal is to maximize prepaid because it has near-zero RTO. Strategies: (1) Show prepaid discount prominently, (2) Offer UPI discount, (3) Enable 'Partial Pay' (₹100 prepaid + rest COD), (4) Use GoKwik to intelligently show/hide COD option based on buyer history. ## Post-Purchase Experience for D2C Ecommerce (https://growwwtech.com/services/post-purchase) The sale doesn't end at checkout. Branded order tracking, automated review collection, post-purchase upsells, and unboxing experiences that create fans. ### How to set up branded order tracking for my ecommerce store? Use AfterShip (free plan available for Shopify) or ClickPost for custom tracking pages. Steps: (1) Install tracking app, (2) Customize page with your brand colors and logo, (3) Add product recommendations on the tracking page (upsell opportunity!), (4) Set up WhatsApp/email notifications at each delivery milestone. Customers check tracking pages 3-5 times per order — that's free engagement. ### How to get more product reviews for my online store? Proven strategy: (1) Send automated review request 3-5 days after delivery (not immediately — let them use the product), (2) Use WhatsApp — 98% open rate vs 15-20% email, (3) Include direct one-click review link (minimize friction), (4) Offer ₹50-100 coupon for photo reviews, (5) Follow up once if no response after 3 days. With this flow, expect 15-25% review rate vs 2-3% organic. ### What are post-purchase upsell strategies that work? Five high-converting upsell strategies: (1) 'Complete Your Set' — show complementary products, (2) 'Customers Also Bought' — data-driven cross-sells, (3) Limited-time bundle offer in post-purchase email (create urgency), (4) Thank-you page upsell (immediately after checkout), (5) Restock reminders for consumable products timed to usage cycle. Post-purchase upsells can add 10-20% to your monthly revenue. ### How to reduce 'Where is my order?' support tickets? Three steps that reduce tracking tickets by 60-80%: (1) Set up a branded tracking page where customers can self-check status, (2) Send proactive WhatsApp updates (shipped, in transit, out for delivery), (3) If delivery is delayed, send proactive alert with revised ETA before the customer complains. The key is proactive communication — customers don't mind waiting, they hate uncertainty. ### How important is unboxing experience for D2C brands? Unboxing directly impacts: (1) Customer satisfaction and perceived value, (2) Social media sharing (Instagram unboxing videos = free marketing), (3) Repeat purchase likelihood, (4) Brand recall and differentiation. You don't need expensive packaging — a ₹5 thank-you card, ₹2 branded sticker, and ₹3 tissue paper creates a memorable experience. The ROI is massive for minimal cost. ### What is NPS and how does it help my ecommerce business? NPS (Net Promoter Score) asks one question: 'How likely are you to recommend us?' on a scale of 0-10. Promoters (9-10) are your potential referrers and reviewers. Detractors (0-6) need immediate attention before they leave negative public reviews. We automate NPS via WhatsApp after every delivery, route detractors to support for resolution, and prompt promoters to review and refer. ## Ecommerce Creative Production for D2C India (https://growwwtech.com/services/creative) Your Instagram photos won't cut it on a real store. Professional product photography, video production, UGC content, and ad creatives that convert browsers into buyers. ### What type of ad creatives work best for D2C brands in India? Based on our data: UGC-style videos outperform studio shots by 2-3X in conversion rate. Carousel ads showing before/after or product features get highest engagement. For fashion: model-on-model lifestyle shots. For food: close-up eating/cooking videos. For beauty: tutorial/demo reels. Static product-on-white works well for retargeting (bottom funnel) but poorly for cold audiences. ### How much does ecommerce product photography cost in India? DIY with phone + ring light: ₹0 (good enough to start). Freelance photographer: ₹5,000-15,000 per day (20-40 products). Professional studio: ₹15,000-30,000 per day. Model shoots: ₹25,000-50,000+ per day depending on location and model. Our approach: plan efficient shoot days that maximize output, then supplement with graphic design, UGC, and templates to stretch content volume. ### UGC vs studio shoots — which converts better for ads? UGC consistently outperforms studio content for top-of-funnel advertising. Why: it feels authentic, viewers trust 'real people' reviews, and platforms like Instagram/TikTok favor UGC-style content in their algorithms. However, studio shots are still essential for product pages, marketplace listings, and bottom-funnel retargeting ads. Best strategy: 60% UGC + 40% professional for your ad creative mix. ### How many creatives do I need per month for Facebook Ads? Minimum: 10-15 unique creatives per month to avoid ad fatigue. Recommended: 20-30 creatives for active testing. Break this down: 5-8 video ads, 5-8 static images, 5-8 carousels, and 2-3 UGC videos. For each creative concept, produce 2-3 variations (different headlines, different hooks). This gives your ad manager enough material for continuous testing and scaling. ### Should I hire an in-house designer or outsource creative production? Below ₹3L/month ad spend: outsource completely — you don't have enough volume to justify a full-time designer. ₹3-10L/month: hire one in-house designer for daily social media + outsource ad creatives and video. Above ₹10L/month: build a small in-house team (designer + video editor) + outsource specialized work (UGC management, photography shoots). We work as your outsourced creative team. ### How do I create Instagram Reels and Shorts for my D2C brand? Formula for high-performing D2C Reels: (1) Hook in first 1 second (text overlay or voiceover), (2) Show the product solving a problem, (3) social proof (reviews/results), (4) CTA. Shoot on phone in good natural light. Edit in CapCut with trending audio. Consistency beats production quality — post 4-5 Reels per week. We batch-produce 15-20 Reels per month for our clients. ### Are you using AI for product visuals — and does that make it cheaper? For non-hero visuals, yes, and it changes the maths. A studio food shoot used to run ₹1-2 lakh (a figure one D2C founder gave Storyboard18 in early 2026); for catalogue variants, background swaps, festive re-skins and marketplace infographics, AI-assisted production now does the same job for a fraction of that, in days not weeks. What AI doesn't replace: the hero shot that defines your brand, real UGC with a real person, and anything where texture and trust have to be genuine — those still get a real camera. Our mix is AI-assisted where it saves you money without anyone noticing, real production where a shortcut would show. ## AI for Ecommerce — Chatbots, Search, Recs (https://growwwtech.com/services/ai-ecommerce) AI for ecommerce in India — chatbots, product recommendations, smart search, and demand forecasting that make your store smarter and more profitable. ### Can AI help reduce customer support costs for my ecommerce business? Yes, significantly. An AI chatbot can handle 60-80% of common queries automatically — order tracking, return policies, product information, sizing questions. A brand doing 100 support tickets/day can reduce human workload to 20-30 tickets. Cost savings: ₹15,000-30,000/month in support staff time. The chatbot pays for itself within 1-2 months. ### How does AI product recommendation work for ecommerce? AI analyzes customer behavior in real-time: (1) What products they view, (2) What they add to cart, (3) What similar customers bought, (4) Purchase patterns (size preferences, color choices, price sensitivity). It then shows personalized widgets — 'You May Also Like', 'Frequently Bought Together', 'Complete the Look'. Amazon attributes 35% of revenue to recommendations. For D2C brands, expect 10-25% AOV increase. ### What is the best AI chatbot for Indian ecommerce stores? For Shopify stores: Tidio (affordable, good AI, easy setup), Gorgias (best for support teams). For WhatsApp-first: Haptik (Indian company, excellent Hindi support), AiSensy (WhatsApp chatbot). For custom solutions: use ChatGPT API with your product knowledge base. Key requirement for India: Hindi language support, WhatsApp integration, and order tracking capability. ### Is AI content generation good enough for product descriptions? AI generates excellent first drafts — 80-90% quality. For bulk catalog work (100+ products), AI saves weeks of writing time. Best approach: (1) Feed AI your brand voice guidelines and sample descriptions, (2) Generate batch descriptions, (3) Human editor reviews and polishes. For SEO content, AI + human editing produces content that ranks well and reads naturally. ### How accurate is AI demand forecasting for ecommerce? AI forecasting is 20-30% more accurate than manual/gut-based planning. It works best when you have 6+ months of sales data, consistent marketing patterns, and clear seasonal trends. For new products with no history, AI uses category benchmarks and similar product data. Even imperfect forecasting significantly reduces stockouts and overstock compared to no forecasting at all. ### How much does AI implementation cost for a D2C brand? Basic AI stack (chatbot + recommendations + search): ₹10,000-30,000/month in tool costs. Implementation: ₹50,000-1,50,000 one-time for setup, training, and integration. Custom AI solutions (demand forecasting, custom recommendation engine): ₹2-5L one-time. ROI typically shows within 2-3 months through reduced support costs, higher AOV, and better inventory management. ### Can AI work for small D2C brands or is it only for large companies? AI is now accessible for brands of all sizes. Tidio chatbot starts free. Shopify apps like Rebuy have affordable plans from $99/month. ChatGPT API costs pennies per query. Start with the highest-impact, lowest-cost implementation: (1) AI chatbot for support (free-₹5K/month), (2) Product recommendations (₹5-15K/month), (3) AI content generation (₹2-5K/month). Scale up as you see ROI. ## Brand Strategy & Foundations for D2C Ecommerce (https://growwwtech.com/services/brand-foundations) Build your D2C brand from the ground up — positioning, packaging, supplier setup, and go-to-market strategy. From Instagram seller to professional ecommerce brand. ### How to start a D2C brand in India from scratch? Starting a D2C brand in India requires 5 key steps: product selection and supplier sourcing, brand identity creation (logo, packaging), legal setup (GST, trademark), building your Shopify store, and launching paid ads. We handle the first three steps in our Brand Foundations service, so you can launch confidently. ### What packaging works best for COD orders in India? COD orders in India face rough handling and high RTO rates. Your packaging needs tamper-evident sealing, adequate cushioning for courier transit, and a premium unboxing feel that reduces buyer's remorse. We design corrugated boxes with brand printing, bubble wrap interiors, and thank-you inserts — all tested for Indian shipping conditions. ### How do I find reliable suppliers and manufacturers in India? We source from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and our existing vendor network across categories like fashion, beauty, home, and food. Our process includes sample ordering, quality checks, MOQ negotiation, and vendor comparison sheets so you partner with the right manufacturer from day one. ### How much does it cost to start an ecommerce brand in India? A basic D2C launch in India costs ₹1–3 lakhs for brand identity, packaging, initial inventory, and store setup. Add ₹50K–1L for initial ad spend. Our Brand Foundations service covers everything except inventory purchase, giving you a complete launch blueprint within your budget. ### Do I need a trademark before launching my D2C brand? While not legally mandatory to start selling, filing a trademark early protects your brand name and logo. It also unlocks Amazon Brand Registry and prevents copycats. We recommend filing as part of your foundation stage — it takes 6-12 months for approval but protection starts from the filing date. ### What's the difference between a brand identity and a logo? A logo is just one element. A brand identity includes your logo, color palette, typography, tone of voice, packaging design, social media templates, and brand guidelines document. It ensures every touchpoint — from your Shopify store to your Instagram reels to your courier box — feels like the same brand. ### How long does it take to set up brand foundations for ecommerce? Our typical timeline is 2–4 weeks for complete brand foundations including identity design, packaging mockups, vendor sourcing, and pricing models. This assumes standard revisions — complex custom packaging or niche supplier sourcing may take a week longer. ## Legal & Compliance for Indian Ecommerce (https://growwwtech.com/services/compliance) Selling on social media is informal. Running an ecommerce business isn't. GST registration, trademark filing, FSSAI licensing, and legal compliance done right. ### Is GST registration mandatory for selling online in India? Yes, GST registration is mandatory for selling on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and most other marketplaces regardless of turnover. For your own Shopify store, GST is mandatory if your turnover exceeds ₹40 lakhs (₹20 lakhs for services). We recommend registering early because marketplaces and payment gateways require GSTIN for account activation. ### How do I register a trademark for my D2C brand in India? Trademark registration in India involves: (1) Brand name search on the IP India portal to check availability, (2) Filing application under relevant classes (Class 25 for clothing, Class 3 for cosmetics, etc.), (3) Examination and possible objection hearing, (4) Publication in trademark journal, and (5) Final registration. The process takes 6-12 months, but protection starts from the filing date. We handle the entire process. ### What legal documents does an ecommerce store need in India? Every Indian ecommerce website legally needs: Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy (DPDP Act compliant), Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and a Contact Us page with business address. If you sell food products, you also need FSSAI license details displayed. For marketplace sellers, you need additional brand authorization letters and GST invoicing capability. ### Can I sell on Amazon India without a trademark? Yes, you can sell on Amazon India without a trademark, but you won't get access to Amazon Brand Registry — which means no A+ Content, no branded storefront, and less control over your product listings. Competitors can also sell against your ASIN. We strongly recommend trademark filing as a priority. ### What is the DPDP Act and how does it affect my online store? The Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023 requires every website and app collecting personal data to have a clear privacy policy, obtain consent for data collection, and provide users the right to access and delete their data. Non-compliance can result in penalties up to ₹250 crore. We create DPDP-compliant privacy policies for all our ecommerce clients. ### Do I need FSSAI for selling food products online? Yes, FSSAI registration (for turnover up to ₹12 lakhs) or FSSAI license (for higher turnover) is mandatory for manufacturing, processing, distributing, or selling any food product in India — including online sales. Your FSSAI number must be displayed on product packaging and your listing. Selling without it can result in product seizure and account suspension. ### How much does full compliance setup cost for a new ecommerce brand? Basic compliance setup (GST + policies + trademark filing) typically costs ₹15,000–₹30,000. Adding FSSAI, accounting software setup, and marketplace documentation brings it to ₹30,000–₹50,000. This is a one-time investment that prevents costly legal issues down the road. Our service covers everything in a single package. ## Ecommerce Analytics & Tracking — GA4 + CAPI (https://growwwtech.com/services/data-tracking) You can't optimize what you can't measure. Server-side tracking, Facebook CAPI, GA4 setup, and custom dashboards that show exactly where your money goes. ### How to set up server-side tracking for ecommerce? Server-side tracking sends conversion data directly from your server to ad platforms, bypassing browser-side privacy restrictions. Setup: (1) Host a server-side GTM container on Stape.io or Google Cloud, (2) Configure Facebook CAPI events (Purchase, AddToCart, ViewContent) with user matching parameters, (3) Set up Google Enhanced Conversions for Ads, (4) Verify data with Meta Event Manager and GA4 DebugView. This recovers 30-50% of lost conversions from iOS 14+. ### GA4 vs Universal Analytics — what changed for ecommerce? Key differences: (1) GA4 uses event-based model instead of session/pageview, (2) Ecommerce tracking requires explicit event setup (view_item, add_to_cart, purchase) instead of Enhanced Ecommerce, (3) Reports are different — use Explorations for custom analysis, (4) GA4 integrates natively with Google Ads and BigQuery, (5) Cross-device tracking is improved. We set up GA4 properly so you don't lose the insights you had in UA. ### How to track ROAS accurately in 2025 with iOS privacy changes? Three-layer approach: (1) Server-side tracking (CAPI + Enhanced Conversions) to recover most lost data, (2) UTM-based attribution through your own analytics — tag every link, track every purchase back to a UTM source, (3) Blended metrics — total revenue / total ad spend gives 'true ROAS' regardless of platform attribution. We set up all three layers for accurate, trustworthy performance data. ### What should my ecommerce analytics dashboard show? Essential views: (1) Daily: orders, revenue, ad spend, ROAS, AOV, (2) Weekly: CAC by channel, conversion rate trends, top products, (3) Monthly: customer cohort retention, LTV by source, channel mix effectiveness, inventory velocity, (4) One dashboard for the media buyer (ad performance), one for the founder (business health). We build role-specific dashboards that answer the questions each person needs answered. ### How do I track COD and offline conversions? COD tracking: (1) Send a 'Purchase' event to Facebook when the order is placed (not just when it's delivered), (2) Use 'COD Confirmed' as a custom conversion event for CAPI, (3) Track actual delivery and RTO as offline events to calculate true ROAS. For WhatsApp/phone orders: assign unique UTM links in ads, log conversions in your CRM, and push offline events back to ad platforms via CAPI. ### What is Facebook CAPI and why do I need it? Facebook Conversion API (CAPI) sends conversion data directly from your server to Facebook, unlike the pixel which relies on the browser. After iOS 14+, the pixel misses 30-50% of conversions. CAPI recovers this data. Benefits: (1) 30-50% more attributed conversions, (2) Better audience targeting (more signals for Facebook's AI), (3) Lower CPM due to improved event match quality, (4) More accurate optimization. Every ecommerce brand running Facebook Ads needs CAPI — it's no longer optional. ### Do I need Google Tag Manager or can I use native integrations? GTM is recommended for any brand running multiple ad platforms. Native integrations (Shopify's built-in Facebook/Google tracking) work for basics, but break for: (1) Custom events (like 'COD selected' or 'view reviews'), (2) Server-side tracking, (3) Multi-platform consistency, (4) A/B test tracking. GTM gives you one place to manage all tags and ensures consistent data across platforms. We set up GTM with a clean, documented tag architecture. ## Ecommerce ERP & Automation for D2C Brands (https://growwwtech.com/services/erp-automation) Stop tracking orders in spreadsheets. Ecommerce ERP integration, inventory automation, and order management that replace manual chaos with one-click operations. ### What is the best ERP software for Indian ecommerce? It depends on your scale. ERPNext is best for brands doing ₹50L+/month who need deep customization — it's open-source, self-hosted, and fully configurable. Zoho One is perfect for brands doing ₹10-50L/month who want an all-in-one suite without technical complexity. For marketplace-heavy sellers, Unicommerce or Vinculum specializes in multi-channel order management. ### How do I automate order processing for my D2C brand? Order automation involves: (1) Auto-import orders from all channels to one system, (2) Auto-assign to warehouse based on pincode, (3) Generate picking lists and shipping labels, (4) Push tracking info back to customers. We set up these workflows using ERPNext or Unicommerce integrated with Shiprocket/Delhivery for shipping. ### Can ERP sync inventory across Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart? Yes, through API integrations. When a sale happens on Amazon, your Shopify and Flipkart stock automatically decreases. When new inventory arrives at your warehouse, stock increases across all channels simultaneously. We configure real-time sync with buffer stock rules to prevent overselling during high-traffic sales events. ### ERPNext vs Zoho for D2C brands — which should I choose? ERPNext: Better for brands with complex operations, multiple warehouses, manufacturing, or custom workflows. Requires technical setup but offers unlimited customization. Self-hosted = lower per-user cost at scale. Zoho One: Better for smaller teams wanting simplicity. CRM, invoicing, inventory, and email in one suite. Cloud-hosted with lower upfront cost. We help you evaluate based on your specific needs. ### How long does ERP implementation take? For a typical D2C brand with 1-2 sales channels: 3-4 weeks for basic setup (inventory + orders + invoicing). For complex setups with 5+ channels, manufacturing, and custom reporting: 6-8 weeks. This includes configuration, data migration, integration, testing, and team training. ### Do I really need an ERP if I'm doing less than ₹10 lakhs/month? Below ₹10L/month, you can manage with Shopify + spreadsheets + basic accounting software. But if you're spending more than 2 hours/day on manual operations (invoicing, stock updates, order tracking), an ERP pays for itself in time saved. We also offer lightweight automation packages for early-stage brands that don't need full ERP. ### How much does ERP implementation cost for ecommerce in India? ERPNext implementation: ₹50,000-₹2,00,000 one-time depending on complexity (hosting ₹2,000-5,000/month). Zoho One: ₹3,000-5,000/user/month cloud subscription. Unicommerce: ₹10,000-30,000/month based on order volume. Our implementation service covers setup, customization, integration, migration, and training — priced based on scope. ## Influencer Marketing Agency for D2C India (https://growwwtech.com/services/influencers-affiliates) Influencer marketing agency for D2C India — micro-influencer campaigns, affiliate programs, UGC creators, and ROI tracking that actually works. ### How to find micro-influencers for D2C brands in India? Three methods: (1) Search Instagram hashtags in your category (#indianskincare, #indianfashion, etc.) and filter by 5K-50K followers with 3%+ engagement, (2) Use tools like Hypeauditor or CreatorIQ for data-driven discovery, (3) Check your own followers and customers — existing fans make the most authentic ambassadors. We maintain a vetted database of 500+ micro-influencers across categories. ### What is a good ROI from influencer marketing? For Indian D2C brands, benchmark ROI by influencer tier: Nano influencers (1-10K): 5-8X ROI, Micro (10-50K): 3-5X ROI, Mid-tier (50-200K): 2-3X ROI, Macro (200K+): 1-2X ROI. These are direct sales ROI. Add 30-40% for indirect impact (brand awareness, organic traffic lift, content library). If you're not hitting these, your influencer selection or campaign execution needs improvement. ### How to set up an affiliate program for my ecommerce store? Steps: (1) Install an affiliate app — GoAffPro (free for Shopify), Refersion, or ReferralCandy, (2) Set commission rate (typically 10-20% for D2C), (3) Create applying/onboarding flow, (4) Generate unique links and coupon codes, (5) Set up payout schedule (monthly, ₹500 minimum). Start by converting your existing influencers into affiliates — they earn on every sale, you only pay on results. ### How much should I pay influencers for my D2C brand? Indian market rates (2025): Nano (1-10K followers): Free product + ₹1,000-5,000, Micro (10-50K): ₹5,000-15,000 per reel, Mid-tier (50-200K): ₹15,000-50,000 per reel, Macro (200K+): ₹50,000-5,00,000+. Tip: negotiate packages (3-5 posts) for better rates. Many micro-influencers accept product barter + affiliate commission instead of cash — better ROI for you. ### Instagram Reels vs YouTube for influencer marketing — which is better? Instagram Reels: Better for impulse purchase products (fashion, beauty, food), faster turnaround, lower cost. YouTube: Better for considered purchases (electronics, furniture), long-form reviews drive higher trust, and content stays discoverable for months. Our recommendation: use Reels for quick awareness + sales, YouTube for in-depth product reviews and SEO-driven discovery. ### How do I measure the success of influencer campaigns? Track 5 metrics: (1) Direct sales via unique coupon codes, (2) Website traffic from UTM-tagged links, (3) Content engagement (likes, saves, shares on their posts), (4) New follower growth on your brand account, (5) Content library value (can you repurpose their content as ads?). Avoid vanity metrics like 'total reach' — focus on cost per acquisition from each influencer. ### What's the difference between influencer marketing and affiliate marketing? Influencer marketing: You pay upfront for content creation and posting (fixed cost). Works for awareness and content generation. Affiliate marketing: You pay only when a sale happens (performance-based). Works for revenue generation. Best strategy: Start with influencer campaigns to build relationships, then convert top performers into affiliates for ongoing revenue at zero upfront cost. ## Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho Management (https://growwwtech.com/services/marketplace) Expand beyond your own store. We manage your Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho presence — listings, PPC, inventory sync, and multi-channel operations. ### How do I start selling on Amazon India? Steps: (1) Register on Amazon Seller Central with GST number, PAN, bank account, (2) List your products with optimized titles, images, and descriptions, (3) Set competitive pricing including Amazon's referral fee (5-27% by category), (4) Choose fulfillment — FBA (Amazon stores and ships) or FBM (you ship), (5) Launch Sponsored Products ads for initial visibility. We handle the entire setup and optimization process. ### Flipkart vs Amazon vs Meesho — which marketplace is best? Amazon: Best for premium and branded products, higher ASP (average selling price), better for electronics and books. Flipkart: Strong in fashion, mobile accessories, and home. Better reach in Tier 2/3 India. Meesho: Zero commission, best for budget products, reseller model drives volume. Our recommendation: sell on all three — each marketplace attracts different customer segments. We manage all three under one strategy. ### How do I win the Buy Box on Amazon India? Buy Box factors: (1) Competitive pricing — you don't have to be cheapest, but within 2-3% of the lowest, (2) Fulfillment method — FBA products get priority, (3) Seller metrics — low cancellation rate, fast shipping, good reviews, (4) Stock availability — out-of-stock loses Buy Box immediately. If you're the brand owner with Brand Registry, you have additional control. We monitor and optimize these factors daily. ### What is Amazon ACOS and what should my target be? ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales) = Ad spend / Ad revenue × 100. Example: ₹1,000 spent / ₹5,000 revenue = 20% ACOS. Your target ACOS should be less than your profit margin. If your profit margin after all costs is 25%, keep ACOS below 20-25%. Break-even ACOS = your profit margin percentage. For new products, accept higher ACOS (30-40%) initially to build ranking, then optimize down. ### How to increase organic sales on Amazon without ads? Five strategies: (1) Optimize listing with high-volume keywords in title, bullets, and backend, (2) Get 15+ reviews with 4+ star rating (use Amazon's 'Request Review' button), (3) A+ Content improves conversion by 3-10%, (4) Competitive pricing — algorithm favors price-competitive listings, (5) Maintain 99%+ inventory availability. Organic ranking is primarily driven by sales velocity + conversion rate + relevance. ### How do I manage inventory across multiple marketplaces? Use a multi-channel order management system (OMS) like Unicommerce, Vinculum, or ERPNext. These sync inventory in real-time: when you sell on Amazon, stock updates on Flipkart and Shopify instantly. Set buffer stock (5-10% reserve) to prevent overselling during high-traffic periods. Critical during sale events like Big Billion Days or Great Indian Festival. ### What are the fees for selling on different Indian marketplaces? Amazon India: 5-27% referral fee + ₹4-55 closing fee + weight-based shipping (FBM). Flipkart: 2-25% commission + fixed fee + shipping based on zone and weight. Meesho: 0% commission (they add their margin on top of your price). JioMart: 2-10% commission. Always calculate your net margin per marketplace BEFORE listing — we build this into your unit economics model. ## Payment Gateway Setup for Indian Ecommerce (https://growwwtech.com/services/payments-support) No more manual GPay collections. Payment gateway integration — Razorpay, PhonePe, Easebuzz, Cashfree — plus UPI, COD management, and automated refunds. ### What is the best payment gateway for ecommerce in India? We work with Razorpay, PhonePe, Easebuzz, and Cashfree Payments — and we pick one (or a primary + backup pair) based on two things: the vendor's response rate for your specific category and your own requirements (international cards, instant refunds, payouts, integration ecosystem, MDR). For high-volume brands (₹50L+/month), direct bank integrations also come into play. Our default recommendation is a dual-gateway setup for 99%+ uptime. ### How to reduce payment failures on my online store? Six proven strategies: (1) UPI-first checkout — show UPI above cards, (2) Smart retry on timeout — auto-retry failed UPI within 5 seconds, (3) Multi-gateway routing — route cards to gateway with best issuer success, (4) Saved cards/tokenization for repeat buyers, (5) Mobile-optimized checkout — single-page, auto-detect payment method, (6) Remove unnecessary checkout fields. These typically improve success from 75% to 92%+. ### Razorpay vs PhonePe vs Easebuzz vs Cashfree Payments — which should I choose? All four are solid. We don't pick by brand loyalty — we pick by vendor response rate (how quickly their onboarding and support team moves for your category) and your requirement: Razorpay has the widest integration ecosystem; PhonePe is strong on UPI intent and merchant trust; Easebuzz is competitive on MDR and payouts; Cashfree Payments is excellent for instant refunds, split settlements, and international cards. We help you evaluate which primary + backup pair fits your product, MDR target, and volume. ### How do I set up customer support for my ecommerce store? Start with: (1) Freshdesk free plan or Zoho Desk for ticket management, (2) WhatsApp Business for instant queries, (3) A FAQ page covering shipping, returns, sizing — reduces 40% of tickets. For growing brands: add chatbot for order tracking, SLA timers for response times, and canned responses for common queries. We set up the entire system in 1 week. ### How to process refunds faster for ecommerce in India? Use Cashfree Payments' instant refund feature — refunds hit customer's account in 15 minutes instead of 5-7 days. On Razorpay, PhonePe, and Easebuzz, enable auto-refund on approved return requests. Offer store credit (with 10% bonus) as faster alternative — 40% of customers accept. Communicate refund status proactively via WhatsApp to prevent 'where is my refund' support tickets. ### Should I offer COD on my D2C store? Yes, but intelligently. Removing COD entirely drops conversion by 30-50% in India. Instead: (1) Show COD selectively — hide for high-RTO pincodes and repeat offenders, (2) Add ₹50-100 COD fee to discourage low-intent buyers, (3) Offer partial prepay (₹100 online + rest COD), (4) Use GoKwik to show/hide COD based on buyer intent score. This maintains conversion while reducing RTO by 30-40%. ### What payment gateway fees should I expect in India? Standard rates: UPI 0-0.5% (many gateways offer 0%), Credit/Debit cards 1.5-2.36%, Net banking 1.5-2%, Wallets 1.5-2%, COD ₹30-50 per order. International cards 3.5%+. Volume discounts start at 500+ transactions/month. At 5000+ transactions/month, you can negotiate UPI at 0% and cards at 1.8%. We help negotiate the best rates for your volume. ## SOPs & Team Training for Ecommerce Businesses (https://growwwtech.com/services/training-sops) Your team can't scale on tribal knowledge. Process documentation, video SOPs, team training, and knowledge bases that make your operations founder-proof. ### What SOPs does an ecommerce business need? Essential SOPs for Indian ecommerce: (1) Order processing — from received to dispatched, (2) Inventory management — receiving, counting, updating, (3) Returns & exchanges — customer to restocking, (4) Quality control — pre-pack inspection, (5) Customer support — response protocols for common queries, (6) Shipping & dispatch — label printing, packing, courier handoff, (7) Marketing — campaign launch checklist, (8) Finance — invoice generation, reconciliation. Start with operations SOPs (items 1-6) as they have the highest immediate impact. ### How do I train new ecommerce team members effectively? Structured 2-week onboarding: Week 1 — Watch all video SOPs, read process documents, shadow experienced team members. Week 2 — Perform tasks under supervision with checklist verification. Day 10 assessment — review error rate and speed. This approach reduces onboarding from 2-3 months to 2 weeks. Include daily check-ins for new hires' first month. ### How do I document business processes for my online store? Five-step process: (1) List all processes by department, (2) Observe each process being performed (don't just rely on descriptions), (3) Document step-by-step with screenshots and decision points, (4) Record a Loom video walkthrough, (5) Test the SOP by having someone new follow it without help. If they can complete the task using only the SOP, it's well documented. ### What is the best tool for creating internal knowledge base? For small teams (under 10): Notion — free, flexible, great templates. For growing teams (10-30): Notion Team or Slite — better permissions and organization. For larger teams (30+): Confluence — enterprise-grade search, permissions, and structure. For video-heavy documentation: Loom + Notion combo. Key: choose one tool and stick with it — the worst knowledge base is one that exists in multiple places. ### How do I reduce founder dependency in my ecommerce business? Three phases: Phase 1 (Month 1): Document everything you do — every decision, every process, every supplier contact. Phase 2 (Month 2): Delegate operations with SOP-backed training — the documentation becomes the training material. Phase 3 (Month 3+): Build a decision framework — document when to escalate vs autonomously handle, acceptable ranges for pricing/discounts, and vendor management criteria. Goal: you only handle strategic decisions and exceptions. ### How often should SOPs be updated? Quarterly review cycle: every 3 months, review all SOPs for accuracy. Immediate update triggers: (1) Tool/software change, (2) Process improvement, (3) Error or failure caused by outdated SOP, (4) New hire feedback that a step is unclear. Assign SOP ownership — one person per department responsible for keeping documentation current. Add 'Last Updated' dates to every document. ## Unit Economics & Pricing for D2C Brands (https://growwwtech.com/services/unit-economics) Know your real numbers before you scale. Cost sheets, margin analysis, break-even modeling, and pricing strategy that ensures every order is profitable. ### How do I calculate unit economics for my ecommerce business? Unit economics = Revenue per order minus all costs per order. For Indian ecommerce, include: product cost, packaging (₹15-50), shipping (₹50-150 by zone), payment gateway fee (2-3%), marketplace commission (5-27%), GST, and allocated ad spend (CAC). The result is your true profit per order. Our model calculates this automatically for every SKU. ### What is a good ROAS for Indian D2C brands? A 'good' ROAS depends on your margins. For a product with 60% gross margin, a 3X ROAS means you're profitable. For 30% margins, you might need 5-6X ROAS. Industry benchmarks: Fashion 2.5-4X, Beauty 3-5X, Food 2-3X. But raw ROAS is misleading — you need to calculate ROAS after RTO, returns, and refunds. We model your 'true ROAS' in our financial analysis. ### How much should Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) be? Your CAC should be less than 1/3 of your Customer Lifetime Value (LTV). For Indian D2C: Fashion CAC is typically ₹300-800, Beauty ₹200-500, Food ₹150-400. If your CAC exceeds your first-order profit margin, you need strong repeat purchase rate to be sustainable. We calculate your ideal CAC ceiling based on your specific LTV and margins. ### Why do D2C brands struggle with profitability in India? The biggest profitability killers for Indian D2C: (1) High COD proportion (65% of orders) with 25-35% RTO rate, (2) Rising Meta/Google ad costs, (3) Marketplace commissions eating 15-30% of revenue, (4) Not accounting for reverse logistics costs, (5) Pricing without understanding true landed cost. Our unit economics model exposes all these hidden margin leaks. ### How do marketplace commissions work in India? Amazon India charges 5-27% referral fee (varies by category) + ₹4-55 closing fee + weight-based shipping. Flipkart charges 2-25% commission + fixed fee + shipping based on weight and zone. Meesho takes 0% commission but has lower ASPs. We map your exact fee structure based on your product dimensions, weight, and category to calculate true marketplace margins. ### What's the difference between gross margin and net margin in ecommerce? Gross margin = Revenue minus product cost and packaging. Net margin = Revenue minus ALL costs including shipping, returns, RTO, payment gateway fees, marketplace commissions, ad spend, software costs, and team salaries. Most Indian D2C founders only track gross margin and are shocked when net margin is negative. Our model shows both clearly. ### How do COD and RTO affect my unit economics? COD adds ₹30-50 in gateway fees per order, and 25-35% of COD orders become RTO. Each RTO costs you ₹100-200 in reverse shipping + lost product cost risk. For a ₹500 product, a single RTO can wipe out the profit from 3-4 successful orders. We model the RTO impact and recommend strategies like COD verification, partial prepayment, and pincode-level COD blocking. ## Warehouse & Packaging for Ecommerce India (https://growwwtech.com/services/warehouse-packaging) Packing orders from your living room won't scale. Warehouse setup, WMS integration, packaging design, and fulfillment automation for growing D2C brands. ### How do I set up a warehouse for my ecommerce business in India? For a D2C brand doing 50-500 orders/day, you need: 500-2000 sq ft space, rack shelving with labeled bins, a packing table with materials, a barcode printer (₹15-25K), and a WMS app on tablet/phone. We help design the layout, set up the system, and train your team. Total setup cost: ₹50K-2L depending on scale. ### What is the best WMS for small D2C brands in India? For small brands (50-200 orders/day): Unicommerce Lite or ERPNext WMS are excellent options. For growing brands (200-1000 orders/day): Vinculum or Increff offer advanced features. For very small operations (under 50 orders/day): a Google Sheets-based system with barcode scanning can work. We recommend based on your current and projected scale. ### How can I reduce packaging costs without hurting brand experience? Top strategies: (1) Use plain corrugated boxes + branded tape instead of fully printed boxes — saves 40-60%, (2) Right-size your box catalog — 3-4 standard sizes cover most SKUs, (3) Replace bubble wrap with honeycomb paper wrapping, (4) Add a ₹2 printed thank-you card for premium feel, (5) Reserve branded packaging only for high-value orders. We help source cost-effective packaging vendors. ### How do I improve order accuracy in my warehouse? Three steps to 99%+ accuracy: (1) Assign every product a unique barcode and bin location, (2) Use scanner-based picking so the system confirms the right product is picked, (3) Implement pre-pack QC where a second person verifies the order against the packing slip. This investment pays for itself in reduced returns and negative reviews. ### Should I use a 3PL or run my own warehouse? Own warehouse when: order volume is consistent (100+ orders/day), you need quality control, and your products require special handling. Use 3PL (like ShipKaro, Emiza) when: you're scaling fast, need multi-city warehousing, or want to reduce fixed costs. Many brands use a hybrid — own warehouse in primary city + 3PL in other metros for faster delivery. ### How do I achieve same-day dispatch for ecommerce orders? Same-day dispatch requires: (1) Orders cut-off time (e.g., 2 PM for same-day), (2) Auto-generated pick lists by cut-off time, (3) Organized warehouse with barcoded bins, (4) Dedicated packing station with pre-cut boxes and labels, (5) Scheduled courier pickup at fixed time. With this setup, our clients dispatch 95%+ orders same-day. ## Website Development Company in India (https://growwwtech.com/services/web-development) Website development company in India building ecommerce, SaaS, booking platforms, learning sites, B2B portals, directories, and AI-powered apps. Next.js, WordPress, Laravel, React, and headless CMS. 200+ sites shipped. ### What types of websites do you build? Ten main categories: (1) marketing / corporate sites, (2) ecommerce stores (usually paired with our Shopify service), (3) SaaS product sites + dashboards, (4) booking / scheduling platforms, (5) learning / course platforms, (6) B2B portals + wholesale platforms, (7) business directories, (8) blog / content-heavy sites, (9) documentation / knowledge-base sites, (10) AI-powered web apps (chat, search, generative). We have shipped live examples in each category — ask for references by category in the discovery call. ### What's the difference between your web development and your Shopify service? Shopify Expert India is ecommerce-specific — stores, checkout, payments, shipping, catalogue. Web development is everything else — marketing sites, SaaS apps, booking systems, learning platforms, B2B portals, blogs, documentation, AI-powered apps. Most D2C brands we work with need both: a Shopify store for the shop page, a Next.js marketing / content site for everything else. ### Do you build with Next.js, WordPress, or Laravel? All three. Next.js for anything where performance, SEO, or custom UI matters — 60% of our builds. WordPress when the content team is large and wants a polished editor experience — 25%. Laravel when business logic is custom (multi-tenant SaaS, complex workflows, bespoke admin) — 15%. We recommend the right stack in the first call, not sell you the one we prefer. ### Can you rebuild my existing WordPress site on Next.js? Yes — WordPress → Next.js migrations are routine. Keep WordPress as a headless CMS (editors keep their familiar interface), render the front-end with Next.js (fast, SEO-friendly, modern). No content loss, no editor retraining, 3-5x faster site. Typical migration timeline: 6-10 weeks. ### Can you build an AI-powered website (chat, semantic search, personalization)? Yes. OpenAI / Anthropic Claude / Google Gemini integrations for chat widgets, semantic search, content personalization, and generative features (copy, images). LangChain or LlamaIndex for RAG pipelines that ground AI responses in your content / product data. We scope AI carefully — not every feature needs LLMs; we advise honestly which features are worth the added complexity. ### Can you build a booking / scheduling platform? Yes. Typical stack: Next.js front-end + Supabase or Postgres for availability + Stripe / Razorpay for deposits + Twilio / WhatsApp for reminders. Covers salon / clinic / consultancy / tuition bookings. Fixed-price from ₹4,00,000 for a 3-resource booking system; scales up for multi-location / multi-staff. ### Can you build a learning / course platform? Yes. Either self-hosted (Next.js + Mux video + Stripe subscriptions) for brands that want full control, or platform-embedded (Thinkific / Teachable / Podia) with a custom marketing front-end. We advise which route fits — self-hosted is cheaper long-term but takes longer to build; platform-embedded is faster but caps customization. ### Can you build a B2B portal / wholesale platform? Yes. B2B portals typically combine a custom product catalogue (Next.js or Laravel), tag-based pricing (different prices per customer tier), approval workflows (order > PO > invoice), and ERP integration (Tally, Zoho, SAP). Not a Shopify use case — Shopify Plus handles simple B2B but breaks at complex workflows. Starts at ₹8,00,000 for a baseline B2B portal. ### Can you build a business directory / marketplace site? Yes. Next.js + Postgres + Algolia for search, with seller onboarding, listing moderation, and commission flows. Fixed-price from ₹10,00,000 for a basic directory; scales to ₹30L+ for full marketplace with payments, reviews, disputes. We've shipped two directories in the last 12 months. ### How much does a web development project cost in India? Marketing site / corporate site: ₹1,00,000–₹5,00,000. Blog / content site: ₹1,50,000–₹4,00,000. Booking platform: ₹4,00,000–₹15,00,000. Learning platform: ₹5,00,000–₹20,00,000. B2B portal: ₹8,00,000–₹30,00,000. Directory / marketplace: ₹10,00,000–₹50,00,000. AI-powered web app: ₹6,00,000–₹25,00,000. All fixed-price with milestone-based billing — no hourly billing balloons. ### How long does it take to build a custom site? Marketing site: 4-6 weeks. Content site / blog: 4-8 weeks. Booking platform: 8-12 weeks. Learning platform: 10-14 weeks. B2B portal: 12-18 weeks. Directory / marketplace: 14-20 weeks. AI-powered app: 10-16 weeks (varies with data prep and model integration complexity). Timelines are contractual — we've never missed one. ### Can I edit the site myself after launch? Yes — every site we ship has an editor interface. Next.js sites use a headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful, or WordPress as headless). WordPress sites use Gutenberg block editor. The marketing team can add pages, edit copy, swap images, publish blog posts without developer involvement. ### Do you handle hosting? We deploy to Vercel by default for Next.js sites (fast, zero-config, predictable pricing at $20-200/month). WordPress goes to your existing host or we recommend WPEngine / Kinsta. AWS (ECS, Lambda) for Laravel or heavy backend workloads. We don't resell hosting — you own the account, so there's no lock-in or markup. ### Do you integrate with my CRM / marketing automation? Yes — HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Segment, Intercom all standard. Form submissions, event tracking, contact sync, webhook flows wired at launch. Custom integrations (SAP, Odoo, bespoke CRMs) handled as a scoped add-on. ### Can you build a headless Shopify + Next.js marketing site together? Yes — this is our most common architecture for scaled D2C brands. Marketing site / blog / landing pages run on Next.js for performance; ecommerce runs on Shopify (admin, checkout, payments). Shopify Storefront API feeds product data into Next.js where needed. Same team handles both halves so the integration is clean. ### What about site maintenance after launch? 30 days of bug-fix support included. After that, retainers from ₹15,000/month cover monthly content updates, plugin/framework updates, security patches, and performance monitoring. Or you can take it in-house — we hand over complete code, documentation, and deployment access. No vendor lock-in. ### Why pick Growww Tech over Webkul, PixelCrayons, OrangeMantra, or a freelancer? Three reasons: (1) Fixed-price, not hourly — big IT services firms bill hourly and projects balloon 2-3x; freelancers disappear mid-project. (2) Modern stack by default — we ship Next.js 16, not PHP 7 legacy builds. (3) Senior team, not offshore juniors — your project gets 2-3 senior engineers, not 10 juniors managed by a PM. We're smaller and more focused, which is a feature for mid-market D2C and SaaS projects. ## Custom Software Development Company in India (https://growwwtech.com/services/software-development) Custom software development company in India. We build B2B SaaS products, internal tools, APIs, and cross-platform mobile apps for brands and businesses. TypeScript + Python + Flutter stack. ### What kind of custom software do you build? Four main categories: (1) B2B SaaS products — subscription platforms, multi-tenant dashboards, APIs. (2) Internal tools — inventory management, operations dashboards, workflow automation, custom CRMs. (3) APIs + integrations — connecting Shopify, CRMs, accounting, payment systems. (4) Cross-platform mobile apps with Flutter. All fixed-price, all with full handover at the end. ### What tech stack do you use? TypeScript / Node.js for backends. React + Next.js for web front-ends. Flutter for mobile (iOS + Android from one codebase). Python for data-heavy services and ML work. PostgreSQL / MongoDB for databases. AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS) or Vercel for deployment. We pick the tools that fit the project, not the ones we prefer. ### How much does custom software development cost in India? Entry-level internal tool / dashboard: ₹5,00,000–₹10,00,000. Mid-scope SaaS MVP: ₹12,00,000–₹25,00,000. Full B2B SaaS with multi-tenancy, billing, admin, APIs: ₹25,00,000–₹60,00,000. Enterprise custom software: ₹50L+. All fixed-price with milestone payments; no hourly billing that balloons. ### How long does it take to build a SaaS MVP? 12-16 weeks for an MVP with 3-5 core features, auth, billing, and a clean admin. 20-28 weeks for a production-ready B2B SaaS with multi-tenancy, team management, and rich dashboards. Every project starts with a scoping sprint that nails the MVP feature list — we don't build everything; we build what your first 100 customers need. ### Who owns the IP and source code? You do. From day one. Complete source code, documentation, deployment credentials, and database access all belong to you. We sign an IP-assignment clause in every contract. No vendor lock-in, no hostage data, no "we own the framework" excuses. Standard practice. ### Can you sign NDAs before we discuss specifics? Yes. Send your NDA to hello@growwwtech.com ahead of the first call. We'll sign before any specifics are discussed. Most founders don't request one and prefer to keep the first call exploratory — both paths are fine. ### Do you offer ongoing maintenance after delivery? Yes. 30 days of bug-fix support included. Retainers from ₹50,000/month for ongoing development (new features, integrations, support). Or you can take it in-house — we hand over complete code, documentation, and CI/CD so your team can run it independently. ### What about security and compliance (GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA)? GDPR and India's DPDP Act compliance are standard in every build — data encryption at rest and in transit, user consent flows, data deletion rights, audit logs. SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA require specific infrastructure and processes we scope upfront for regulated industries. Not every project needs them; we advise honestly. ### Can you integrate with my existing tools (Shopify, HubSpot, Tally, SAP)? Yes. Standard integrations include Shopify (Admin + Storefront APIs), HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Tally, QuickBooks, Razorpay, Stripe, Segment, and Twilio. Enterprise integrations (SAP, Oracle, custom ERPs) handled as scoped add-ons with longer timelines. Webhooks, REST, and GraphQL all supported. ### Why hire Growww Tech for custom software vs a big IT services company? Three reasons: (1) Fixed-price delivery — big IT services companies bill hourly and projects routinely balloon 2-3x. (2) Small senior team — your project gets 2-3 experienced engineers, not 10 junior devs managed by an offshore PM. (3) Production focus — we ship tested, documented, monitored software that your team can actually maintain, not "works on the developer's machine" prototypes. ## Mobile App Development Company in India (https://growwwtech.com/services/mobile-app-development) Mobile app development company in India building cross-platform (Flutter / React Native) and native iOS / Android apps. 50+ apps shipped for D2C brands, SaaS products, booking platforms, and marketplaces. ₹4,00,000 fixed, 6–8 weeks. ### Which mobile framework do you recommend — Flutter, React Native, or native? Flutter for 80% of projects — one codebase, iOS + Android, near-native performance, mature ecosystem. React Native if your team is already deep in JavaScript / React web code and prefers code-sharing. Native Swift (iOS) + Kotlin (Android) when you need platform-specific features like AR (ARKit / ARCore), WearOS, CarPlay, or the latest OS APIs. We'll recommend the right fit in the first call, not sell you the one we prefer. ### How much does mobile app development cost in India? Flutter app (cross-platform, standard features): ₹4,00,000–₹8,00,000. React Native app: similar range. Native iOS + Android (two codebases): ₹8,00,000–₹15,00,000 — roughly 2x Flutter. Complex apps with backend (marketplaces, multi-tenant SaaS, AI integrations): ₹10,00,000–₹40,00,000. All fixed-price with milestone billing — no hourly billing balloons. ### How long does it take to build and launch a mobile app? Simple Flutter app (MVP, 3-5 core features, backend integration): 6-8 weeks. Standard app (auth, profiles, product / content feed, push): 8-12 weeks. Complex app (custom backend, payments, offline sync, AI features): 14-20 weeks. App Store review adds 1-3 days (Apple) or hours (Google). Total: scope to live in the stores. ### Can you build a mobile app connected to my Shopify store? Yes — this is one of our most common asks. Flutter app + Shopify Storefront API + synced inventory / products / orders. Push notifications for order updates, abandoned carts, flash sales. Deep-linked product URLs so Meta Ads / Google Ads click straight into app product pages. Standard build ₹4,00,000 fixed. ### Will my app make it through App Store and Play Store review? 98% of our apps clear review on the first submission. We know the common rejection reasons (guideline 4.3 spam, 5.1.1 privacy, intrusive permissions, metadata issues) and design around them from scoping. Apps that fail review usually have vague descriptions, missing privacy policies, or overbroad permissions — we handle all three as part of submission prep. ### Can you add AI features to a mobile app? Yes — OpenAI / Claude / Gemini chat, vision models for image-based product search, on-device ML (Core ML on iOS, ML Kit on Android) for real-time features. LangChain / custom backends for RAG pipelines. We scope AI carefully — not every feature justifies LLMs; we advise on which features are worth the complexity cost. ### Do you handle ongoing updates after launch? Yes. 30 days of bug-fix support included. Retainers from ₹30,000/month cover: iOS + Android OS updates (annual compatibility work), new feature shipping, analytics dashboards, App Store review responses, and performance monitoring. Or you take it in-house — we hand over complete code, documentation, signing credentials, and store access. No vendor lock-in. ### Who owns the app's source code and App Store listings? You do. From day one. Complete source code, App Store Connect access, Play Console access, signing certificates, and backend credentials all belong to you. Standard practice. We sign an IP-assignment clause in every contract — no hostage apps. ### Can you build an internal / enterprise app for my team (not a consumer app)? Yes. Field service apps, sales force apps, delivery partner apps, inventory scanning apps — all routine for us. Internal apps distributed via enterprise program (Apple Developer Enterprise) or MDM (Jamf, MobileIron, Intune) instead of public stores. Typical timeline: 6-10 weeks, fixed-price from ₹5,00,000. ### What about app analytics — how will I know what's working? We wire Mixpanel or Amplitude for product analytics (funnels, cohort retention, feature adoption), Firebase Analytics / GA4 for marketing attribution, Sentry / Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting. Dashboard access handed over at launch — you see real numbers, not vague "the app is doing well." ### Do you build games or AR / VR apps? We don't build games (different discipline — Unity / Unreal specialists handle those better). AR features on top of a consumer app (product try-on, store-finder AR overlays) — yes, via ARCore / ARKit, scoped as a feature within a larger app build. Full VR apps — no, not our specialty. ### Can a Flutter app feel as good as a native Swift / Kotlin app? For 90% of use cases — yes. Flutter's rendering engine is native-performant, animations run at 60/120fps, memory usage is competitive. The 10% where native wins: apps deeply integrated with OS-level features (WearOS companion apps, CarPlay, Siri shortcuts, HomeKit), or apps that need the absolute lowest battery usage (fitness trackers always-on). We advise honestly which bucket your project falls into. ### How do you handle offline-first apps (delivery, field service)? Local SQLite / Hive database for offline storage, sync queue that retries when connectivity returns, conflict resolution for concurrent edits. Used on delivery / field-service apps where partners work in low-connectivity areas. Standard pattern in our Flutter builds; adds 2-3 weeks to scope. ### Why pick Growww Tech over Webkul, Cognizant, or freelancers for mobile? Three reasons: (1) Fixed-price, not hourly — big services firms bill hourly and projects balloon 2-3x; freelancers disappear. (2) Senior team — your project gets 2-3 senior engineers, not 10 juniors. (3) Post-launch accountability — we ship, monitor, and stay. Most freelancers vanish after the App Store approval email. ## Ecommerce UI/UX Design Company in India (https://growwwtech.com/services/ui-ux-design) Custom UI/UX design for Shopify and ecommerce stores in India — all 15 store templates designed phone-first in Figma, clickable prototype, design system, dev-ready handoff. ₹1,50,000 fixed, 8 weeks. ### Do I need custom UI/UX design, or is the Growww Tech theme enough? For most launches, the Growww Tech custom theme is enough — it's built in-house, customised to your brand, and tuned for Indian D2C conversion out of the box. Add custom UI/UX when you want pixel-perfect Figma-designed sections beyond what the theme ships with, or when your brand needs a storefront that looks like nobody else's. ### How much does custom UI/UX design cost? ₹1,50,000 + GST, fixed price. That covers all 15 store templates designed phone-first in Figma, three structured revision rounds, a clickable prototype, a design system with reusable components, dev-ready handoff files, and design QA during the build. No hourly billing, no scope creep. Development is separate — the ₹50,000 Shopify store build, or your own developers. ### How long does the design phase take? 8 weeks from kickoff to dev-ready files: research and wireframes in weeks 1–3, high-fidelity design and three revision rounds in weeks 3–6, prototype and design system in week 7, handoff in week 8. Add the store build after and you're live in 12–14 weeks total. ### How many revisions do I get? Three structured revision rounds. If you're not satisfied after the approved rounds, you can proceed on the existing design or bring a third-party designer — you keep everything produced. No endless loops, no surprise charges. ### Will the live store actually match the Figma file? Two protections. Every template is designed on real Shopify constraints — sections, blocks, what a theme can actually ship — and design QA is included: we review the build against the file, whoever builds it, with a punch list per template. Most clients have us do the build; the ₹50,000 store build is billed separately. ### Can you redesign an existing store, not just a new build? Yes. We redesign live stores too — new UI/UX on your current Shopify catalogue, shipped without downtime. Send us the store URL and we'll scope it. ## Enterprise Ecommerce Development in India (https://growwwtech.com/services/enterprise-ecommerce-development) Enterprise ecommerce development in India — a headless Next.js storefront on your choice of commerce backend (Shopify headless, Medusa.js, or Vendure). Composable commerce for brands past the theme ceiling. From ₹5,00,000. ### What is headless (composable) ecommerce? It splits your store in two: a frontend you fully own — a Next.js app — and a commerce backend that runs catalog, cart, orders, and payments behind an API. The two talk over GraphQL or REST, so you can rebuild the storefront without touching the engine, and swap or upgrade either side on its own. Enterprise Ecommerce Development is our name for building that. ### Shopify, Medusa.js, or Vendure — which backend do I pick? Shopify headless if you're already on Shopify and want speed with no backend ops (you keep Shopify's checkout). Medusa.js — open-source, MIT, self-hosted — if you want to own the whole stack and skip platform fees, and you have or will hire Node + DevOps capacity. Vendure if enterprise B2B (approval chains, organisation hierarchy, advanced pricing, SSO) is the centre of the project. We recommend the fit on the first call, not the one we'd rather build. ### Do I need Shopify Plus to go headless? No. The Storefront API works on standard Shopify plans. But the checkout customisation and advanced B2B that ₹50L+/month brands usually want are Plus-only — so brands often end up on Plus for those features, not for headless itself. ### Can I build a fully custom checkout? On Shopify headless, no — you build up to the cart, then hand off to Shopify's hosted checkout (you can brand it, deeply on Plus, but not replace it). If a self-built checkout is essential, that points you to Medusa or Vendure, where you own the flow end to end. ### Medusa.js is free and open-source — so it's cheaper? The licence is free; the running isn't. Self-hosting Medusa or Vendure means paying for servers, database, Redis, monitoring, and the engineering time to run all of it — plus building features Shopify ships out of the box. MIT saves you platform and GMV fees, not labour. We put the real monthly number in front of you before you choose. ### How much does it cost, and why “from” ₹5,00,000? ₹5,00,000 + GST anchors a focused first build — a custom Next.js storefront on your chosen backend, standard catalog, cart and checkout, India payments, and GST-correct invoicing. On a real enterprise rebuild the platform is the small part: ERP integration, data migration, and complex B2B logic are most of the work, and they scope on top. We run a paid discovery before a fixed quote so the number holds. ### Will it be faster and lift my conversion? A well-built headless store is fast, and faster stores do convert better — but speed comes from how the frontend is built, not the architecture by itself, and we won't promise you a specific conversion number. We build to beat Google's bar for a good Core Web Vitals score. The honest claim is a fast, controllable storefront, not a magic figure. ### When should I NOT go headless? When a good theme (Shopify Online Store 2.0) already does the job, when you don't have the engineering capacity to own a custom frontend, or when your only goal is checkout tweaks — that's a Plus feature, not a reason to rebuild. Below roughly ₹50L/month, the same budget spent on CRO and acquisition usually returns more. We'll tell you when that's you. ## Profiles - [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/growww-tech) - [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/growww.tech/) - [YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/@growwwtech) - [GitHub](https://github.com/GrowwwTech) - [Google Maps](https://www.google.com/maps?cid=14407101938791863520) - [Shopify Partner Directory](https://www.shopify.com/partners/directory/partner/grovesbox-private-limited) ## Contact - Enquiries: the lead form at https://growwwtech.com/contact (no chat channels — the form reaches the founder) - Phone: +91 98666 62226 (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 IST) - Email: hello@growwwtech.com - Office: 1st Floor, YBR Nilayam, Dayal Nagar Colony, Vishalakshi Nagar, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530043, India
