Deleting a Product in Shopify (Step-by-Step SOP)

Follow the steps below to permanently remove a product from your Shopify store.

Step 1: Go to Products

• Log in to Shopify Admin

• From the left sidebar, click on Products

Step 2: Open the Product

• From the product list, click on the product name you want to delete
  (Example: “Pelli Kuthuru Combo”)

Step 3: Click “More Actions”

• On the top-right corner of the product page, click on More actions

Step 4: Delete the Product

• From the dropdown menu, click on Delete product

---

Step 5: Confirm Deletion

• A confirmation popup will appear

• Click Delete to permanently remove the product

Result

✅ The product is completely removed from:

• Your Shopify store

• All connected sales channels (Online Store, social channels, etc.)

⚠️ Important Note:
Once deleted, the product cannot be recovered. If you may need the product later, consider Archiving it instead of deleting.
