Free tools. Real numbers.

Calculators we wired for our own client quotes — now open to every Indian D2C founder. No signup. No email wall. Type the inputs, read the number, leave.

Growww Tech team reviewing client numbers in a working session

From the workshop

Built from the same calculators we use for client quotes.

These aren't lead-magnet props. They're the plumbing behind our scope sheets — the same engine we run before every diagnostic call. We open-sourced the inputs so you can plan a budget without a sales rep on the line.

Why these exist

Most ecommerce calculators are lead magnets. These aren't.

Every "free Shopify cost calculator" you find on Page One of Google has the same business model: gate the result behind an email, retarget you on Meta for 30 days, then have a sales rep call you about "synergies" until you block the number. The calculator on this page does none of that. No email wall, no signup, no tracking pixel firing on output, no follow-up sequence triggered by the inputs you type. You get the number, you leave.

The reason is selfish: we built these for our own internal use first. When a founder asks "what will my Shopify store cost per month with COD running 60%?", we used to answer with a spreadsheet that took 20 minutes. Now we send the calculator link. They run it before the call. The first 15 minutes of the conversation jumps straight to the questions that actually matter — payment gateway choice, RTO mitigation, festival scaling — instead of arithmetic.

What you can plan with the Shopify cost calculator

The Shopify cost calculator below maps your real monthly cost, not the marketing one. It breaks out the Shopify plan fee, the payment gateway transaction cut (Razorpay, PhonePe, Easebuzz, or Cashfree Payments — chosen by vendor response rate, not affiliation), Shiprocket forward and reverse shipping, COD handling charges, RTO loss at the percentage you set, app subscriptions, and ongoing development support. The output is the number you can show your CA without having to estimate.

More tools coming

On the build queue: a unit-economics calculator that takes your AOV, CAC, COD percentage, RTO percentage, and gross margin and tells you the break-even repeat-purchase rate; an RTO triage tool that takes a Shiprocket pincode export and clusters repeat-offender lanes; a Diwali demand planner that turns last year's order data into a weekly inventory and ad-budget timeline. If one of those would solve a problem you're staring at right now, message us — we ship the next tool against the loudest demand signal, not the SEO one.

Honest limit

A calculator is a thinking tool, not a quote. Real Shopify build cost depends on theme choice (premium vs custom Figma), integrations (Shiprocket, ERP, WhatsApp Business API, Conversion API), the design polish you want, and what kind of launch support you need. The calculator gets you within 15-20% of the real number — accurate enough to plan a budget, not accurate enough to skip the diagnostic call.
