The engine

How the marketing engine works

One connected system, calibrated for Indian ecommerce — COD, UPI, RTO, Tier-2 lanes. Owned channels first; paid scaled on what actually converts.

  1. Get found

Technical + on-page SEO and intent-matched content so buyers find you on Google — keyword research, 10x content, schema, site speed. The channel that compounds.

  2. Get clicks

Meta + Google Shopping/Search ads tuned to real profit after COD, RTO and returns — not dashboard ROAS. Owned channels first; paid scaled on what converts.

  3. Convert

Funnel surgery on the product page and checkout — UPI-first flows, trust signals, COD risk rules. More orders from the same traffic.

  4. Keep them

    Email + WhatsApp retention — abandoned-cart recovery, post-purchase flows, win-backs. 98% open rates, near-zero cost, 20–30% of monthly revenue.

  5. Compound

Content, authority and digital PR build traffic you don't pay for every day — so your cost per order falls while revenue rises.

The ceilings

The ceilings founders hit on this layer

  • You're spending but not sure where the money goes

You put ₹1-5 lakhs/month into Meta and Google Ads. The dashboard looks good. Your bank balance says otherwise. It's hard to know what's working.

  • Your tracking feels broken since iOS 14

Facebook claims 3X ROAS. Your real revenue doesn't add up. Privacy changes broke ad measurement. Nobody told you how to fix it.

  • Every time you try to scale, profits disappear

You find something that works at ₹50K/month. Push it to ₹2L and costs shoot up. Returns drop. It feels like a treadmill getting faster.

  • Your agency reports don't answer the real questions

You get slide decks full of impressions and clicks every week. Nobody tells you the number that matters — profit after COD, RTO, and returns.

  • If you pause ads, everything stops

Turn off Meta Ads for a week. Orders drop to zero. That's a fragile place to be. You need traffic sources you don't pay for every day.

  • You're reaching everyone except your actual buyers

You target broad 'interested in shopping' audiences. You should reach people in your city tiers who buy online, prefer COD or UPI, and fit your price.

How we run it

What working with us looks like

  1. We look under the hood together

First, we dig into your ad accounts, tracking setup, and customer data to find where money is leaking. High CPM audiences, wrong campaign types, broken tracking — we find it all and show you exactly what's happening.

  2. We fix your measurement first

Before spending another rupee on ads, we make sure your data is telling the truth. That means setting up server-side tracking, proper analytics, and a system that shows real numbers — not what Facebook wants you to believe.

  3. We build campaigns that guide buyers step by step

We create a structured path — introduce your brand to new people, warm up those who've shown interest, and close the sale with people who almost bought. Each step gets its own messaging and creatives.

  4. We create the content that makes people stop scrolling

We produce the ad images, videos, and copy your campaigns need — plus organic content for social media and your blog. Everything is designed to sell, not just look nice.

  5. We keep improving every single week

Every week we cut what's not working, put more money behind what is, and test new ideas. Every month we sit down with you and talk about real profit — not impressions and reach.

FAQ

Commonly asked

Start with ₹30,000-50,000/month to test and learn. At this budget, you can run 3-4 ad sets targeting different audiences and creatives. Scale to ₹1L+/month once you find winning combinations. Rule of thumb: your monthly ad budget should be 3-5X your average order value. If AOV is ₹1,000, start with ₹30-50K/month.

Both serve different purposes. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) is best for impulse purchase products — fashion, beauty, food, home decor. Google Shopping captures high-intent buyers actively searching for your product. Best strategy: run both. Meta for 60-70% of budget (awareness + conversion), Google for 30-40% (capture existing demand). We see 15-20% better blended ROAS when using both channels together.

Target ROAS depends on your margins. Formula: Minimum ROAS = 1 / (Gross Margin % × (1 - RTO Rate)). Example: If gross margin is 50% and RTO rate is 20%, minimum ROAS = 1 / (0.50 × 0.80) = 2.5X. To be profitable, add 20-30% buffer — so target 3.0-3.5X. For the Indian market, healthy ROAS benchmarks: Fashion 3-4X, Beauty 4-6X, Food 2-3X.

Seven proven strategies: (1) Improve your conversion rate (CRO) — same traffic, more orders, (2) Use lookalike audiences based on actual purchasers, not just visitors, (3) Build an email/WhatsApp list for free retargeting, (4) Create UGC content — performs 2-3X better than studio shots, (5) Test Google Shopping for lower-CAC high-intent traffic, (6) Start an SEO blog for organic traffic, (7) Launch a referral program for word-of-mouth.

Three main reasons for the gap: (1) iOS 14+ privacy changes mean Meta attributes fewer conversions than actually happen, (2) Meta uses 7-day click attribution by default — some orders happen later, (3) COD orders, RTO, and returns aren't tracked by Meta. Solution: set up server-side tracking (Facebook CAPI), use a 'blended ROAS' metric (total revenue / total ad spend), and implement GA4 for cross-channel attribution.

Both, but in stages. Months 1-3: Focus primarily on paid ads to generate immediate sales and test product-market fit. Month 3+: Start investing in SEO — optimize product pages, write category guides, and build blog content for buyer-intent keywords. By month 6-12, organic traffic should contribute 15-25% of total revenue, reducing your dependence on paid ads.

WhatsApp messages have 98% open rates vs 15-20% for email. Use cases: abandoned cart reminders (recover 10-15% of carts), order confirmations, delivery updates, flash sale announcements, new product launches, and personalized product recommendations. Tools: Interakt, Wati, or AiSensy for bulk messaging and automation. Cost: ₹0.50-1.00 per message. Our brands see 20-30% of monthly revenue from WhatsApp campaigns.

All three are monthly retainers covering technical + on-page SEO, content, social, and reporting. Silver (₹45,000) covers up to 30 pages and 30 keywords with a weekly social cadence; Gold (₹60,000) doubles the keywords, content and cadence and adds guest posts; Platinum (₹75,000) adds full structured-data + crawl work, 100 keywords, digital PR and a dedicated operator. Need something in between or larger? We scope a Custom plan on a call — no upsell games.

Billed separately — and that's deliberate. The plans cover SEO, content, social and reporting. Running your Meta and Google ad accounts (performance marketing) is ₹10,000/month or 20% of ad spend, whichever is higher — so our fee tracks your spend instead of running ahead of it.
