Q: How fast do you reply?

Q: Do you work outside India?

Yes — we serve Indian D2C brands wherever they sell. Most clients are based in India, but we also build and run stores for Indian-founder brands across Australia, the UK, the US, and the UAE. Time-zone overlap is fine; everything runs on async-first comms with one daily standup window per region.

Q: Do you only do Shopify?

Shopify (including Plus) is what we run most days, but it's not all we do. We also build headless storefronts on Next.js, mobile apps in Flutter and React Native, and custom WordPress/Laravel work for B2B portals. The Shopify focus is because that's where 90% of Indian D2C lives — not because we can't build elsewhere.

Q: What's the smallest engagement?

A complete Shopify store from ₹50,000, live in 20–30 working days. Below that we won't take on full builds — we recommend a freelancer instead, because the per-hour cost of running an agency around a small scope just doesn't make sense for either side.

Q: I'm still selling through Instagram DMs. Should I even talk to you?
