Full refund
The Growww Guarantee
If you are not happy with a fixed-price build, we refund our fee in full. It applies whether work has started, finished or launched, and it applies once per client.
- How to claim
- Email accounts@growwwtech.com from the email address on your invoice.
- What comes back
- Our fee, within 7 working days of approval, to the account you paid from. GST already paid to the government comes back as a credit note. One refund per client.
- What it does not cover, and what you keep
- Money that was never paid to us: your Shopify plan, domain, gateway charges, paid apps and ad spend. Those stay yours, and so does the store: we do not take it back. A refund closes the engagement, including the free lifetime bug fixes.
