Growww Tech is a brand of Grovesbox Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at 1st Floor, YBR Nilayam, Dayal Nagar Colony, Vishalakshi Nagar, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530043, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Growww Tech" mean Grovesbox Private Limited. All invoices, receipts and refunds are issued by that entity.

Use of the site

This site is provided for informational purposes. Content on these pages — including articles, case studies, calculator outputs, proposals, and estimates — is general guidance, not professional or legal advice tailored to your business. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on it.

Intellectual property

All copy, logos, illustrations, code samples, proprietary frameworks, and visual design on this site are owned by Growww Tech (or used under licence) and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable international treaties. You may read and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, republish, scrape, or repurpose substantial portions of the site without our prior written permission. Trademarks of third parties (Shopify, Meta, Google, WhatsApp, etc.) belong to their respective owners.

Third-party links and tools

Pages on this site may link to or embed third-party tools and services (for example, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for usage analytics, Shopify for the partner directory). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Their use is governed by their own terms.

Engagements

Commercial engagements with Growww Tech are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement executed at the start of the engagement. Published prices, calculator outputs, proposals and timelines on this site are indicative — they become binding only when captured in a signed MSA and matching Statement of Work. Nothing on this website, including any communication through the contact form or over email, constitutes a binding offer or contract on its own.

Pricing, taxes and currency

All prices on this site and on our invoices are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and are exclusive of GST unless the page says otherwise. GST is added at the rate applicable on the invoice date and is shown as a separate line. Every payment is followed by a GST invoice sent to the billing email on record. Prices for a signed Statement of Work are fixed for that scope; published prices for new engagements may change at any time.

Payments

Payments are collected through Zoho Billing, our payment processor. You can pay by UPI, debit card, credit card, netbanking or EMI, from any bank or provider our processor supports. Card and netbanking credentials are entered on the processor's PCI-DSS compliant hosted page — Growww Technever sees, handles or stores your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or netbanking credentials. We are not responsible for a failure at your bank or in the processor's systems, but if money leaves your account and the invoice is still unpaid, email accounts@growwwtech.com and we will trace it with the processor. Failed-payment amounts are auto-reversed by the bank, normally within 5–7 working days.

We sell professional services to businesses — ecommerce development, design, marketing management, ERP implementation and support retainers. We do not sell physical goods, so no shipping is involved and nothing is dispatched to an address. We do not deal in any product or service restricted under RBI rules or our processor's prohibited-business list, and we accept payment only for work invoiced to the paying client.

Service delivery

Services are delivered digitally — by email, in your project workspace, and on the platforms agreed in the Statement of Work. There is no physical shipment. Work begins within one business day of a cleared payment, unless the Statement of Work sets a later start date. Indicative delivery windows are published on each service page (for example, a base store build runs 4 weeks (20 working days)); the binding dates are the ones in your Statement of Work. Recurring retainers are delivered continuously through each billing month. Timelines assume you supply the inputs listed in the Statement of Work — content, access, approvals — and pause for as long as those are outstanding.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel by emailing accounts@growwwtech.com from the email address on the invoice. What you get back depends on when you cancel:

• Before work starts. Cancel within 7 days of payment and before the kickoff call, and we refund the full amount.
• After work starts. We refund the fees for milestones not yet started. Completed and in-progress milestones, and any third-party costs already committed on your behalf (licences, subscriptions, ad spend, stock media), are not refundable.
• Monthly retainers. Cancel any time before the next billing date and the subscription stops — no further charges. The current month is not refunded, because the team is already allocated to it. Where a minimum term was agreed (for example, three months), the remaining months of that term stay payable.
• Duplicate or incorrect charges. Refunded in full, always.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval and go back to the original payment method — the same card, UPI ID or bank account you paid from. We cannot refund to a different account. Once we release the refund, how long it takes to appear is up to your bank, usually 5–7 working days more. GST already paid to the government is refunded through a credit note.

If something is wrong with an invoice or with the work, raise it with us first — we would rather fix it than have you file a chargeback. Please give us 7 working days to respond before going to your bank. If a chargeback is raised, we will share the signed Statement of Work, the delivery record and our correspondence with the bank, and work may be paused until the dispute closes.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Growww Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this site, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be limited under law (including gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, and how you can opt out of analytics tracking at the browser level.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for instance, when we launch new services, add new tools, or respond to changes in Indian law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
