Sales Executive
You will spend your day on calls with founders who are selling through Instagram DMs at 11pm and have run out of hours. Your job is to work out what is actually breaking — the checkout, the COD returns, the fact that nobody owns the ops — and hand the delivery team a clear picture. No prior sales experience needed. You will learn the product on real calls, not in a classroom.

What you actually work on
- Founders doing anywhere from ₹50L to ₹25Cr a year, mostly outside the metros.
- The entry conversation is our ₹50,000 fixed-price Shopify store — a published price, so you are never defending a number you cannot explain.
- COD and RTO economics, which is where most of these calls actually land.
- A CRM you keep clean, because the delivery team scopes from what you write.
What you will do
- Identify and reach out to D2C founders and ecommerce business owners across India.
- Qualify leads and understand their store, sales volume, and pain points.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover Shopify, COD, RTO, and operations challenges.
- Pitch Growww Tech's ecommerce development and growth services clearly and confidently.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and keep the pipeline moving.
- Coordinate handoffs with the marketing and delivery teams once a deal is qualified.
What we need from you
- Freshers welcome — no prior sales experience required.
- Comfortable holding a 20-minute call in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Willing to learn Shopify fundamentals and COD-RTO economics.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Disciplined about follow-ups and deadlines.
- Comfortable using a laptop, CRM tools, and basic internet tools.
