    A 30-minute call to confirm an ERP is the right layer for your store right now — before any invoice moves.

    • Below roughly 50 orders a day, we'll usually say so on the call — a spreadsheet plus your store admin genuinely is fine at that volume; an ERP adds process weight before it pays back.
    • We check what's actually breaking: reconciling inventory across sheets, GST return week turning into a scramble, or a second warehouse making the spreadsheet the bottleneck.

    We map what's actually in your spreadsheets and store admin today onto ERPNext's doctypes, before any setup starts.

    • Every current sheet — inventory, orders, shipping — reviewed for what maps directly and what needs restructuring.
    • Chart-of-accounts workshop with your accountant or bookkeeper, so the books match how your CA already files GST.
    • Store catalog and SKU structure reviewed for the Shopify/WooCommerce sync that comes in Core Setup.

    Core Setup

    • Chart of accounts and GST setup built for GSTR-friendly books — GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B categories mapped from day one.

    Store Integration

    Orders, stock, and invoices sync automatically between your store and ERPNext — no more re-entering the same order twice.

    • Shopify or WooCommerce connected so new orders create sales invoices and pull stock in ERPNext without manual entry.
    • Stock levels sync both directions, so a sale on the store and a manual adjustment in ERPNext both stay accurate.
    • Test orders run end to end before we touch a single rupee of real data.

  5. Milestone 05 · Weeks 6–7

    Migration + Training

    Opening balances and current stock move in, your team gets hands-on working sessions, and we run parallel before cutover.

    • Opening balances and current stock migrated from your spreadsheets — reconciled against your last physical count before go-live.
    • ERPNext runs in parallel with your existing spreadsheet for a short window, so any mismatch surfaces before you cut over, not after.
    • Team training is working sessions on your real data — an accountant entering a real invoice, a warehouse person doing a real stock check — not a PDF nobody reads.

  6. Milestone 06 · Week 8

    Handover + Support Policy

    Documentation handed over, the spreadsheet retired, and the support policy stated once, in writing.

    • Written documentation covering how each doctype is used, who owns which module, and how to run the day-to-day.
    • Bug fixes on what we shipped are covered as our terms say (/terms#refunds).
    • Growth work after handover (new automations, new integrations, reports we didn’t scope) is quoted on its own. It’s never a maintenance contract you can’t leave.

  • Hosting fees — billed to you directly by your VPS or hosting provider, not us
  • Manufacturing and MRP modules, and multi-company setups — scoped separately if you need them

ERPNext is open-source — no per-user licence fee, so the software itself is free and you pay for implementation and hosting, not a per-seat subscription that grows every time you hire. You also own the deployment outright: it runs on your server, under your control, not inside a vendor's hosted account you'd lose access to if you stopped paying. Zoho Books, Tally, and SAP Business One are all reasonable systems for the right team — this is a fair statement of what's different about ERPNext, not a case against them.

Yes. We run our own operations — projects, finances, and the client portal — on this same self-hosted ERPNext, at portal.growwwtech.com. We're not reselling a licence we've never touched; we run the system daily.

Billed to you directly by whichever VPS or hosting provider you choose — we advise on the provider and the specs your data volume needs, but the hosting invoice is yours, separate from our ₹2,00,000. We don't mark it up or resell it.

Bug fixes on what we shipped stay free for the lifetime of the deployment — that's the same no-AMC stance the rest of Growww Tech runs on. The ₹20,000/month retainer, if you want it, is optional growth work: new automations, new integrations, reports we didn't originally scope. It's growth work, not maintenance, and there's no obligation to take it.

We run ERPNext in parallel with your existing spreadsheet for a short window before cutover — every order, every stock movement gets checked against both systems. Mismatches surface and get fixed during the parallel run, before you retire the spreadsheet, not after.
