Growww Tech
Dedicated Ecommerce Resource

From three vendors and no owner to one person who runs the store daily.

You're personally answering order-status DMs, chasing the ad agency for last week's report, and pinging a freelance dev when the theme breaks — three separate relationships, and you're the one holding them together. This retainer puts one named Growww Tech team member on your store: order issues, catalog updates, inventory checks, and a single number to call. ₹30,000/month + GST, 3-month minimum.

The transformation

From three vendors and no owner to one person who runs the store every day.

Before

You personally answer order-status DMs, chase the ad agency for last week's report, and ping a freelance dev when the theme breaks — three separate relationships, and you're the one holding them together.

After

One named Growww Tech team member owns day-to-day store operations end to end, reports to you monthly, and is the one number you call when something breaks.

Across the 200+ Indian D2C brands we've built and run, client retention sits at 98% — one dedicated team, not three separate vendors, is what founders keep paying for.

What's included

The ops queue disappears. One person owns it.

Six things ₹30,000/month runs — on the store you already have, coordinated with whichever other Growww Tech engagements you run.

  • One named resource, not a ticket queue

A single Growww Tech team member assigned to your store — the same person every time, not a rotating support pool or whoever happens to pick up the ticket.

  • Order issue resolution

Order-status queries, delivery escalations, and refund or replacement calls handled directly — the DMs you used to answer yourself, at 11pm or otherwise.

  • Catalog + inventory sync checks

Listings kept current and inventory checked against what's actually on the shelf, on a set cadence — not only after a customer complains.

  • Single point of contact across engagements

Coordinates with whichever other Growww Tech work you run — ads, CRO, custom dev — so you stop being the relay between three separate people.

  • Monthly written report + review call

What got done, what's still open, and what needs a decision from you — on paper, every month, not buried in a chat thread.

  • Client portal access

Task visibility at portal.growwwtech.com — the same system used across every Growww Tech engagement, so nothing lives only in one person's inbox.

Straight answer

When you should not buy this.

Below roughly 50 orders a month, don't. You — or a part-time hire — can still run day-to-day ops at that volume, and the same ₹30,000/month returns more spent on the CRO pass or the ad budget that gets you to 50+ orders first.

And if what's actually breaking is one specific project — a rebuild, a redesign, a campaign — buy that engagement directly. This retainer coordinates existing work; it isn't a way to get development, design, or ads done for free.

Process

How the retainer runs — milestone by milestone.

Complete transparency. Six milestones from fit check to steady-state operations, each with what we ship and what you receive.

  • Milestone 01

    Fit Check — Honestly

A 30-minute call to confirm a dedicated resource is the right layer for your store — before any invoice moves.

    • Below roughly 50 orders/month, we'll usually say so on the call — a full-time dedicated resource is overkill at that volume; the CRO pass or ad spend returns more.
    • We check what's already running: any live Growww Tech engagements — ads, CRO, dev — the resource will coordinate, or whether this is your first.
    • If the fit is right, you get access to the client portal at portal.growwwtech.com before the resource starts.

    You'll receive

    • Straight fit verdict on the call
    • Client portal access
    • Named resource confirmed
  • Milestone 02Week 1

    Access + Handover

The named resource gets access to your systems and studies how the store actually runs today.

    • Store admin, order management, and support-inbox access handed over — scoped to day-to-day ops, nothing beyond it.
    • Existing SOPs, if any, reviewed; where none exist, that gap gets flagged for the first-30-days audit.
    • Introduced to whichever other Growww Tech engagements you run, so routing between them starts on day one, not month three.

    You'll receive

    • Access checklist signed off
    • Tooling and login handover
    • First-week ops shadowing
  • Milestone 03Days 1–30

    First 30 Days

The resource runs a baseline audit of current operations and writes down what's actually happening — not what the org chart says is happening.

    • Order-resolution, catalog-update, and escalation processes documented as they exist today, gaps included.
    • A working baseline established: what a normal week costs in hours, and where the recurring fires are.
    • First monthly report written from this baseline, so month two has something to measure against.

    You'll receive

    • Process documentation
    • Baseline ops audit
    • First monthly report
  • Milestone 04Month 2+

    Steady-State Operations

From month two, the resource owns day-to-day store operations directly — order issues, catalog updates, inventory sync checks, and first-line customer escalations.

    • Order issue resolution and basic customer-escalation handling become routine — handled directly, no ticket queue in between.
    • Catalog updates and inventory sync checks run on a set cadence, not only after something's already broken.
    • Coordinates with whichever other Growww Tech engagements you run — ads, CRO, dev — so you stop being the relay between three separate people.

    You'll receive

    • Weekly ops handled directly
    • Catalog + inventory checks on cadence
    • Single point of contact across engagements
  • Milestone 05Every cycle

    Monthly Review & Reporting

A written report and a review call every month — what got done, what's still open, and what needs a decision from you.

    • Report covers orders handled, catalog changes, escalations closed, and anything flagged for your attention.
    • The review call is where scope creep gets named out loud — new asks get scoped and priced there, never folded in silently.

    You'll receive

    • Monthly written report
    • Monthly review call
    • Portal task visibility
  • Milestone 06

    Scope + Escalation Policy

What's in, what's out, and how anything bigger than day-to-day ops gets routed — stated once, in writing.

    • New development, design, or ad-campaign work is scoped and priced as its own engagement — the resource coordinates it, doesn't do it for free.
    • Coverage is Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 IST — not a 24/7 desk.
    • If the assigned resource isn't the right fit in the first 30 days, we swap them at no extra cost.

    You'll receive

    • Written scope boundary
    • Escalation routing documented
    • 30-day fit guarantee
Scope boundaries

What we need from you. What we don't do.

No surprises post-kickoff. Here is the assumption boundary on both sides.

What we need from you

  • A named point of contact on your side for the monthly review call
  • Access to store admin, order management, and the support inbox
  • Logins for whichever other Growww Tech engagements need coordinating (ads, CRO, dev)
  • Existing SOPs if you have them — we document from scratch if you don't
  • A reply within 3 working days when the resource flags something for your decision

What's not included

  • New development, design, or ad-campaign work itself — those stay separate priced engagements the resource coordinates, not replaces
  • 24/7 coverage — Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 IST, the same hours as the rest of Growww Tech
  • Strategic decisions in place of your own hire — this is operational execution, not a co-founder
  • Ad spend, hosting, gateway fees, and any other engagement's invoice — billed to you directly
FAQ

Asked before every retainer starts.

One named, dedicated Growww Tech team member who owns your day-to-day store operations — order issue resolution, catalog updates, inventory sync checks, first-line customer escalations, a single point of contact across whichever other engagements you run, plus a monthly written report and review call.

New development, design, or ad-campaign work itself — those stay separate priced engagements the resource coordinates, not replaces. Also not included: 24/7 coverage (it's Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 IST) and strategic decisions in place of your own hire — this is operational execution, not a co-founder.

No. The person is a Growww Tech team member, on our payroll, assigned to your store. You get one named point of contact and continuity, without the hiring, HR, and severance overhead of an in-house role.

Handover, the first 30-day audit, and a working process take about that long to pay off. It's a stated policy, not a billing mechanic — Zoho Billing invoices you monthly throughout the commitment, exactly as it does after.

Recurring monthly via Zoho Billing — UPI, cards, netbanking, EMI. A GST invoice lands in your inbox each billing cycle. The 3-month minimum is a separate commitment from the billing cadence: you're invoiced monthly throughout, committed for three cycles.

After the 3-month minimum, yes — one month's notice ends the retainer. Inside the first 3 months, the commitment holds; that's the one term we don't bend on the fit-check call.

A ticket queue means a different person picks up your issue every time, on their schedule. This is one named person who knows your store, reports to you monthly, and is reachable directly — not a queue, not a shared pool.

When the work the resource is coordinating — a headless rebuild, a CRO pass, a mobile app — becomes the actual bottleneck. At that point you need that engagement itself, priced and scoped on its own; the dedicated resource keeps running ops in parallel, it doesn't replace that work.

Swapped at no extra cost if it isn't working in the first 30 days — that's policy, not a negotiation.

Below roughly 50 orders a month. At that volume you — or a part-time hire — can still run day-to-day ops, and the ₹30,000/month is better spent on the CRO pass or the ad spend that gets you to 50+ orders first.
