Pricing

From three vendor quotes to Shopify development at ₹50,000 — fixed.

Every quote you have prices the build and goes quiet about the rest — the apps, the plan you were told to pick, the maintenance contract that starts in month four. So here is the whole number instead: ₹50,000 + GST, prepaid once, live in 4 weeks. Your theme is custom coded, not installed. And bug fixes on what we shipped stay free for the life of the store — no AMC, ever.

30-minute call, no sales pitch. We reply within one business day, usually faster — and you'll get a written quote before anyone asks you for money.

The transformation

From selling in the DMs to a store that sells while you sleep.

Before

Orders arrive as DM threads and manual payment links — you're the checkout, awake at 11pm chasing 'payment done?' screenshots.

After

A store on your own theme where payments, shipping, GST and confirmations run themselves — orders land and clear while you sleep, live in 4 weeks.

66% of India's incremental D2C order growth now comes from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities — buyers who expect a real, UPI-first checkout, not a DM thread. A store is how you take that demand instead of missing it.

Read this before you pay us

Two reasons not to hire us.

You're under 20 orders a month.

Then you don't need a ₹50,000 store yet — you need the DMs to keep working while you find out what actually sells. Come back when the DMs start costing you sleep. We'll be here, same price.

You want the cheapest quote.

There is always someone at ₹15,000, and you'll meet them again in month six — when the maintenance contract lands, or when nobody picks up about a broken checkout. Cheap is a payment plan, not a price.

Before you pick a plan

Shopify Basic locks your own team out.

Basic includes zero staff logins — your ops person cannot get in. Almost every “which plan” guide online misses this, because they are written for the US, where Shopify Payments exists and the per-order fee never applies. In India it applies to every order you take.

Feature availability depends on the Shopify plan you choose, and you pay Shopify directly — we don't resell it. Every fact in the table is Shopify's own and takes five minutes to check, so don't take our word for it. Whatever your plan includes, we configure. What it doesn't include needs an app or custom work, and that gets quoted separately so it never arrives as a surprise.

The 11pm problem

Four vendors. Not one of them will take the blame.

Checkout breaks on a Saturday. You call four numbers and get four answers, none of them an answer. You were never supposed to be the one arbitrating a technical argument between your courier and your payment gateway.

  • Courier“It’s the website.”
  • Website“It’s their API.”
  • Gateway“It’s the checkout.”
  • Checkout“It’s the gateway.”

You call us. That's it.

We deal with every vendor — the applications, the documents, the verification, the resubmissions, the approval chasing. You never work out whose fault it is, because that stopped being your job.

Every account stays in your name, your email, your phone. We never store your passwords or API keys. And this sits inside the free support — not a retainer we sell you afterwards.

Process

How we'll build it — week by week.

Complete transparency. 9 milestones from kickoff to ownership transfer, each with what we ship and what you receive.

  • Milestone 01

    Getting Started

We'll begin by gathering your requirements, including brand preferences, target audience, and business goals.

    • You'll gain access to our client portal at portal.growwwtech.com for seamless communication, approvals, and progress tracking.
    • We'll guide you through the setup of a payment gateway (Razorpay, PhonePe, Easebuzz, or Cashfree Payments — chosen based on vendor response rate and client requirement) and your courier (Delhivery or DTDC direct, or an aggregator where your volume suits it) to ensure a smooth launch.

    You'll receive

    • Personalised onboarding
    • Access to client portal
    • Payment & shipping integration setup
  • Milestone 02Optional add-on — ₹1,50,000 + GST · own scope and terms

    Custom Design & Branding

If UI/UX design is included, your store will feature a custom, mobile-first design reflecting your brand's identity.

    • Like every add-on, this is a separate engagement with its own scope, timeline and terms — quoted and agreed on its own, not folded into the ₹50,000 store build. It does not run on the build's 4-week clock, and the build's refund covers the build.
    • Designs come to you in Figma, with three structured revision rounds included. Past them we re-quote rather than bill you quietly — or you can bring final UI/UX assets from your own designer and we'll build to those.
    • Send reference sites you like (Myntra, Nykaa, anything) and we'll design against them rather than guess at your taste.
    • Logos and banners come from you. If you don't have them, we can design them as a separate paid piece — tell us before kickoff, not halfway through.
See the 15 templates, the 8-week process and its terms

    You'll receive

    • UI/UX designs (if included)
    • Figma files with structured feedback rounds
    • Mobile-first responsive mockups
  • Milestone 03

    Fully Functional Shopify Store

Your Shopify store will include essential pages such as Home, Shop (with filters), Product pages, Cart, Checkout, About, Contact, and policy pages.

    • Policy pages include Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms & Conditions.
    • Your theme is custom coded, not installed — written to your brand and your catalogue, rather than a stock layout with your logo dropped into it. The UI/UX add-on layers Figma-designed screens on top of that.
    • In cases where advanced functionality requires a paid app or third-party plugin, you must purchase it directly.
    • We build the product data structure — collections, metafields, metaobjects, variant rules and SKU naming. Day-to-day product upload is yours: the data has to come from you either way, so handing us spreadsheets to retype only adds a step. At large catalogue sizes nobody types products at all — it's a bulk CSV or API import against a template we map for you.
    • Want help with the upload anyway? Use the 30 complimentary hours, or hire a Dedicated Resource. Honest advice: product upload is a basic task, and those 30 hours are worth more spent on something harder.
    • GST configuration, address visibility, and compliance with Indian legal requirements are included during development.
    • Domain purchase is not included — you must purchase and manage the domain independently.
    • Branded emails (e.g., hello@yourcompany.com) will be configured using Zoho's free plan, Google Workspace, or Microsoft, provided you pay for those subscriptions independently.

    You'll receive

    • Fully functional Shopify store structure
    • Admin access
    • Company-branded email setup
    • GST & India compliance configured
  • Milestone 04

    Thorough Testing

The store will undergo testing across browsers and devices to ensure everything works perfectly.

    • Testing includes real payment testing, live pincode-based shipping checks, performance optimisation, accessibility checks, and Core Web Vitals optimisation.
    • Basic SEO optimisation is included. Advanced SEO services are available under separate plans upon request.

    You'll receive

    • Cross-browser & device testing
    • Real payment verification
    • Performance & Core Web Vitals optimisation
    • Basic SEO setup
  • Milestone 05

    Out-of-Scope Work Policy

Any request not explicitly mentioned in this proposal is considered out-of-scope work.

    • Every fixed-price service has edges — something small always falls just outside what was scoped. So you get 30 complimentary hours to spend on whatever you want: SEO, design tweaks, custom development, anything. It exists so you never pay extra for an edge.
    • For scale: a new landing section is roughly 4 hours, a custom email template about 3, wiring an extra app around 2. Thirty hours is a real budget, not a token.
    • Every hour is tracked in the client portal, so you can see what's left.
    • Past 30 hours it's ₹1,000/hour, quoted and approved by you before we start — never billed as a surprise. Like any add-on, that work carries its own timeline and terms; it doesn't sit on the store build's 4-week clock.

    You'll receive

    • 30 complimentary hours for extra requests
    • Transparent time tracking via portal
    • Prior intimation before any additional billing
  • Milestone 06

    The Store Becomes Yours

Ownership transfers to you before the store can even go live. That isn't a favour — it's the only way Shopify allows it.

    • We build on a Shopify development store. Shopify serves a coming-soon page on a development store and will not let us remove it — that password wall is the platform's, not ours.
    • Transferring ownership to you is the only way the store goes live. And it has to be live before your payment gateway will review it, because they check your policy pages, terms, refunds and shipping policy by hand.
    • No transfer means no gateway account. So you own the store early, by necessity — there is no version of this where we hold it.
    • After transfer we keep a Partner collaborator account only. It is not a staff account, it does not use up one of your staff logins, and you can remove it whenever you want. The trade-off is honest: remove it and you'll re-grant access for every support request.
    • If you already have a store, there is nothing to transfer — we work from a collaboration code instead. We prefer the development-store route where it's an option.
    • You buy the domain and the Shopify plan at the start, in your name. Your Shopify billing starts from the transfer, which includes the few days the gateway spends reviewing your store — plan for it so your first invoice isn't a surprise.

    You'll receive

    • 100% ownership, in your name
    • Collaborator access only — revocable any time
    • All account details & structured handover guide
  • Milestone 07One team talks to every vendor. You never work out whose fault something is.

    We Deal With Every Vendor

A store runs on four or five companies at once. You talk to one of them: us.

    • We handle the applications, the documents, the verification, the resubmissions and the approval chasing — with the gateway, the courier, Meta, all of them. You are not the one on hold.
    • Payment gateway: Razorpay, PhonePe, Easebuzz or Cashfree Payments. We pick on how fast the vendor actually responds and how they treat your product category.
    • Courier: Delhivery or DTDC connected directly to your store — an order lands in Shopify, pushes to the courier, the AWB comes back into Shopify, and your customer gets the update automatically. India Post we'll add where its API supports it.
    • Direct courier accounts beat an aggregator once your volume justifies it — aggregator margin compounds on every shipment. At low volume an aggregator is fine. We negotiate the rate card for you either way, and the account is in your name.
    • Every account is yours: your name, your email, your phone. We never store your passwords or API keys.
    • Integrations start after ownership transfer, because Shopify does not allow third-party verification before it. Typically 7-15 days, depending on how fast the vendors move.
    • International payments need an IEC certificate, which has to come from you. WhatsApp charges are billed to you directly by Meta.

    You'll receive

    • Payment gateway (Razorpay / PhonePe / Easebuzz / Cashfree Payments)
    • Courier wired to your store (Delhivery / DTDC)
    • Google Analytics + server-side tracking
    • WhatsApp order alerts on your own Meta account
  • Milestone 08

    Training & Lifetime Support

Three live training sessions, plus recordings you can come back to whenever someone new joins.

    • Three live sessions covering store management, orders, refunds, inventory, and WhatsApp alerts. Any number of your team can attend.
    • You keep the recordings and written steps, so onboarding your next hire doesn't need us on a call.
    • No AMC. Bug fixes on everything we shipped are included for the life of the store — that's what being a long-term partner means, not a line item we bill yearly.
    • That support covers the vendor chasing too. Gateway acting up, courier not syncing, something broken between two of them — you call us, and we sort out whose problem it is.
    • New features, content changes, banners and marketing work sit outside bug fixes. Those are covered by an optional Dedicated Resource (₹30,000/month) — maintenance is free, growth is paid.
What a Dedicated Resource actually does

    You'll receive

    • Three live training sessions
    • Recordings + written steps you keep
    • Order & refund handling walkthrough
    • Lifetime bug fixes — no AMC, ever
  • Milestone 09

    Project Documentation

All documentation related to store setup, integrations, and maintenance will be shared via the client portal.

    • As Shopify is a SaaS platform, downloadable backup files are not provided.
    • Documentation is centralised and always accessible via the portal.

    You'll receive

    • Centralised documentation via portal
    • Setup & integration guides
    • Maintenance reference docs
Scope boundaries

What we need from you. What we don't do.

No surprises post-kickoff. Here is the assumption boundary on both sides.

What we need from you

  • Your business documents — the gateway and courier accounts are legally in your name, so the paperwork has to be yours
  • A card with international payments enabled, for Shopify and Meta
  • Access to your Meta Business account, so WhatsApp alerts run on your account and not ours
  • Your product images and content, through the client portal
  • Replies. This is the one that actually moves the timeline.

What's not included

  • Your Shopify plan, domain, and any third-party service fees — you pay all of those directly, in your own name
  • Paid apps or plugins, where a feature genuinely needs one
  • Product data entry and blog content, unless we scope it
  • Logo and banner design in the base plan — that's a separate paid service
  • New features or pages after launch (bug fixes on what we shipped stay free, forever)
  • Day-to-day store management — that's the optional Dedicated Resource
  • Anything Shopify can't do natively: apps, custom portals, custom panels, custom software. We build all of it — quoted separately, with its own scope, timeline and terms, never on the store build's 4-week clock
Other costs

Paid directly to the platforms. Not to us.

Subscriptions and per-transaction fees billed by the providers themselves. Linked here so you can plan the run-rate before launch.

These costs are paid directly to the respective service providers and are not included in our development fee.

The upgrade ladder

One team, every rung. Buy the one your money is leaking from.

Every rung pulls more orders out of traffic you already pay for. You don't climb it in order — you start where the leak is. Here's the honest map.

Growww Tech service upgrade ladder — price, who each rung is for, and what it changes.
UpgradePriceBest whenWhat changes
Shopify StoreYou’re here₹50,000+ GSTYou're selling in DMs or on a stock template — your first real store.Off the DMs onto a store on our own theme — payments, shipping, GST, live in 4 weeks.
CRO Pass₹75,000+ GSTYou already have traffic, but it leaks at the cart and the checkout.344 checks implemented on your live store — plug the ~70% cart-abandon and COD-RTO leaks. More orders from the same ad spend.
UI/UX Design₹1,50,000+ GSTThe store works but looks like everyone's template — you want a custom, phone-first design. All 15 store templates drawn phone-first for your brand, with a design system your team keeps. Design only — the build is separate.
Headless Next.js₹4,00,000+ GSTRoughly ₹50L+/month and the theme is capping your speed, design, or SEO.A storefront you own, built to beat Google's 2.5s LCP bar — where a 0.1s speed gain is tied to +8.4% conversion.
Enterprise Bundle₹5,00,000+ GST₹2Cr+/month, and you want store, design, speed and funnel rebuilt together — one team.Headless + store + UI/UX + CRO folded in — about ₹6,75,000 of work for ₹5,00,000.
Mobile App₹4,00,000+ GSTRoughly 1000+ orders/month and buyers who reorder inside 90 days.An owned home-screen channel — reach repeat buyers by push instead of re-buying the ad. Repeat orders up, re-acquisition spend down.

Our recommendation: plug the leak before you widen the pipe. A CRO pass earns its fee on traffic you already have; headless and an app pay off only once speed or repeat-rate is the actual ceiling. If a cheaper rung returns more for you right now, we’ll say so on the call rather than sell you the bigger number.

FAQ

Asked before every kickoff.

Not Basic — and almost everyone gets told Basic. It includes zero staff logins, so your ops person and your catalogue person cannot get into the store at all. It also has no native AI search and the highest Shopify fee of any plan: 2% on every order, against 1% on Grow. On ₹1Cr of sales that difference is ₹1,00,000 you keep — and moving up costs about ₹4,100 more a month (₹5,599 against ₹1,499, when billed annually). It pays for itself twice over and hands your team their logins back. Which is why most stores end up on Grow — but it's your money and your call, and we'll say so honestly if Basic genuinely fits you: a solo founder who needs no other logins and isn't chasing AI search is fine on it. Every number above is Shopify's own and takes five minutes to check, so don't take our word for it — check it. You pay Shopify directly, whichever plan you land on. The reason nobody warns you: almost every "which plan" guide online is written for the US, where Shopify Payments exists and this fee never applies. In India it applies to every order you take.

A full store, live in 4 weeks. Your theme custom coded to your brand and your catalogue. Payment gateway and courier wired and tested with real transactions. GST configured, policy pages written, product data structure built. Three live training sessions plus recordings. 100% ownership in your name. 30 complimentary hours for anything small that falls outside scope. And bug fixes on everything we shipped, free for the life of the store.

This is the question most quotes dodge, so here is the whole list. Your Shopify plan, paid to Shopify. Your domain, about ₹1,200 a year. The payment gateway, roughly 2% + GST per order. Shopify's own fee on top of that, which depends on your plan — 1% on Grow. Per-shipment courier charges on a rate card we negotiate for you. WhatsApp messages billed to you by Meta. The only one of those you would ever pay us is the optional ₹30,000/month Dedicated Resource — every other line is billed to you by the company providing it, in your own name. And one thing worth saying plainly, because it's the reason honest quotes look expensive: every cost on that list is the same whoever builds your store. An agency quoting you a smaller number hasn't found you a discount — they've just left these off the page until month four.

You own it, completely, and earlier than you'd expect. We build on a Shopify development store — Shopify puts a coming-soon page on those and will not let us take it down. Transferring ownership to you is the only way the store goes live, and it has to be live before your payment gateway will approve it, because they review your policy pages by hand. So no transfer means no gateway. There is no version of this where we hold your store. After transfer we keep a Partner collaborator account only: not a staff account, it doesn't use up one of your staff logins, and you can remove it any time. If you do remove it, you'll re-grant access for each support request — that's the honest trade-off. We never store your passwords or API keys.

We do, and this is the part worth reading twice. A store runs on four or five companies at once. When checkout breaks on a Saturday, the usual experience is that the courier says it's the website, the website says it's the courier's API, the gateway says it's the checkout, and the checkout says it's the gateway. Nobody takes it, and you end up arbitrating a technical argument you were never meant to be in the middle of. You call us instead. We deal with every vendor — the applications, the resubmissions, the approval chasing, and the finger-pointing. It's inside the free support, not a retainer we sell you afterwards.

You can, and most founders do — that's what the three training sessions are for. If you'd rather not, a Dedicated Resource is ₹30,000/month: one named person on your store handling uploads, SEO, content, banners and small features. It's optional, and it's separate from support. Maintenance is free; growth is paid.

You do, and it's genuinely faster that way. The product data has to come from you regardless — if we do it, you send spreadsheets and we retype them, which just adds a step and a round of errors. What we build is the structure underneath: collections, metafields, variant rules, SKU naming. At larger catalogue sizes nobody types products at all — it's a bulk import against a template we map for you. If you still want help, use the 30 complimentary hours or a Dedicated Resource. Honest advice though: product upload is a basic task, and those 30 hours are worth more spent on something harder.

One promise, and it has no small print. Not happy with the store we built? Tell us and we return your ₹50,000. There's no time limit and no window to miss — you decide whether you're happy, not us. Email accounts@growwwtech.com from the address on your invoice and the money is released within 7 working days, back to the account you paid from. The GST we already filed with the government comes back to you as a credit note, because that's the only route the law gives us — the rupees are yours either way. Three things worth knowing, and they're the only three. What comes back is our fee: money that never reached us can't come from us, so your Shopify plan, your domain, gateway charges and any paid apps stay with you — as does the store itself, which keeps running either way. A refund closes the engagement, free lifetime bug fixes included; you can't take the money back and keep us on support. And it's one refund per client — this is a promise, not a subscription. Everything else — documents, replies, feedback — is just how a build runs. If we're waiting on you we pause rather than run a clock, because there is no clock.

Prepaid, in one click on this page, via UPI, card, netbanking or EMI. Your GST invoice arrives the moment payment clears and we start the same business day. No partial payments, no milestone follow-ups, no invoice you have to chase us about. Add-ons are scoped, quoted, and paid the same way.

Four weeks to build it — 20 working days. Then add 5 to 10 working days for the gateway and courier approvals, which is time the vendors control, not us. So 4 to 6 weeks from payment to taking real orders. Add the UI/UX design phase and it's 12 to 14 weeks. The honest variable is how fast you reply; we've never missed a timeline we set.

Not always. Without it your theme is still custom coded to your brand and tuned for how Indian shoppers actually buy — UPI-first, COD-aware, mobile before desktop. Add the design phase (₹1,50,000 + GST, 8 weeks) when you want Figma-designed screens signed off before a line of code, and 15 templates with three revision rounds. If you're launching to test demand, skip it. If your brand is the product, don't. One thing to be clear about, because it's the sort of detail people find out too late: the design phase is a separate engagement with its own scope, timeline and terms. It isn't folded into the ₹50,000 build, and the store build's terms — refund included — cover the store build. The design engagement's own terms are on its page, before you commit to anything.

You buy the domain and the Shopify plan at the start — they're yours from day one, in your name. Once ownership transfers to you, your Shopify billing runs from then, including the few days the payment gateway takes to review your store. Worth planning for, so it isn't a surprise on your first invoice. Outgrowing the plan later is genuinely easy: once the store is built, you upgrade it yourself from your Shopify dashboard whenever you need to. Nothing gets rebuilt, and you don't need us to do it — the store is architected so a plan change is a setting, not a project.

Yes, and on any plan — B2B is no longer a Plus-only feature, whatever a 2023 comparison chart tells you. You get company accounts, volume pricing, quantity rules and net payment terms natively. One real limit to know before you plan: below Plus you get three B2B price lists, and they're shared across all your B2B markets, not three per market. So if you need more than three genuinely distinct buyer tiers, that's a Plus conversation. Under three, we collapse your segments and use volume breaks to differentiate.

Shopify ships semantic AI search natively from the Grow plan up, and we build the results page and filters that make it usable. Which means on the right plan you don't buy an AI search app at all — worth knowing, because most briefs we're sent list one as a required monthly cost. One thing to set straight now rather than after launch: Shopify's AI search does not apply to the type-ahead dropdown. That stays keyword-based. Everyone tests the dropdown first and thinks the AI is broken.

We build it. Shopify apps, customer portals, internal panels, custom software — that's a real part of what we do, not a referral. It's priced by what you actually need and quoted separately, because bundling it into a fixed price would mean either overcharging most people or underdelivering for you. And the same rule applies to every add-on, not just this one: anything outside the ₹50,000 build — custom code, the design phase, out-of-scope work — is its own engagement with its own scope, timeline and terms. It does not run on the store build's 4-week clock and it isn't covered by the store build's refund. You get those terms in writing before you agree to it, never after.

As few as the store can run on. Every app is a monthly bill, a slower page and one more thing that breaks in an update, so each one has to justify itself — what it does, what it costs, what it touches, and how you cancel it. If a plan you're already paying for does the job natively, we use that instead. We won't hand you a store with thirty apps on it.

Usually, but check before you build, not after. Shopify restricts some categories, and your payment gateway reviews your store by hand before approving it — that review is where a borderline category actually surfaces. We look at your product list and raise anything risky at kickoff, before you've paid for a build. What we can't do is guarantee another company's approval decision, or cover a policy change they make later. Anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing on your behalf.
