Week-by-Week Implementation
Week 1: WhatsApp COD Verification
- I integrated GoKwik for automated WhatsApp COD confirmation

Week 4: NDR Automation
- I set up a WhatsApp NDR flow: an instant message the moment a delivery attempt fails
- The customer can update their address or preferred time slot right there on WhatsApp
- No response within 24 hours triggers an IVR call
- Result: We recovered 22% of failed deliveries that would otherwise have turned into RTO.
Week 5-6: Data Analysis and Optimization
- I analysed RTO by Meta ad campaign and found 2 campaigns running 50%+ RTO — likely click farms. I paused them.
- I built a blacklist of 340 phone numbers with repeat RTO history
- I adjusted the pin code restrictions based on 5 weeks of data
